So we have u20/minors basically scraped due to COVID-19 from midnight but the seniors can play (because their elite “laughable”) next weekend. The Gaa organisation are really showing their weakness and how amateur things really are. Not sure of my ground here but I am under the impression that this decision is being made by government?

The u20 games should never have been played last weekend.

This is an amazing cockup between the GAA and the Government. The GAA may have, in all honesty assumed that the Minor and U20's were classified as elite under the Government's most recent measures but making assumptions at this level is not good enough. Every possible implication of the new restrictions should have been completely nailed down by the GAA and communicated to the Counties and Clubs. I'm surprised with the lack of communication from HQ recently.

Dreadfully cruel and unfair decision to snatch an AI Final away from young lads like this. Maybe the only one many of them would ever be involved in. ffs, it's only one game.
The laughable thing is that some of the younger ones could be on a crowded bus heading for a crowded school tomorrow morning.
