Bizarre why they didn't go for the goals though, point difference could come into it. They look good on+10, if gneeveguilla beat glenflesk by anything they go through, while a draw will be enough for glenflesk. Glenflesk could be the ones to lose out oddly enough if gneeveguilla beat them. It will be three teams on 6 points, if legion beat Mary's. It will be legion to top it and gneeveguilla to beat glenflesk at home to knock them out. They would want to be thinking about bringing them Americans players back ASAP.... Legion in Fairness look very sharp and fit. Not sure where that expectation is coming from.. Glenflesk are a better side than Gneeveguilla probably just had an off day today against Marys. Glenflesk beat Legion who hammered Gneeveguilla.

Gneeveguilla will have a few key players back for that game too. Gneeveguilla haven't lost a championship game at home for years.

How are ties split? Is it the usual - head-to-head for two way, points difference for three way thing?

Two points for a win and one point for a draw shall be awarded. Top two teams in each Group qualifies for the Qtr/Finals where the top team in each Group has home advantage to a second placed team from another Group. S/Finals = Open draw & Neutral venue with Extra Time & Result on the Day if required Finals– Neutral Venue with Extra Time & Result on the Day if required, unless otherwise decided by the CCC. Points/Tie-Breakers – Group Stage In the event of teams finishing on equal points in the Groups, the tie shall be decided by the following means and in the order specified. If you put a sweeper in front of him along with his marker(which is what gneeveguilla will do), glenflesk are in trouble. Even st.Mary's managed that and nearly beat them. If they don't have Crowley or anyone else up there they are going nowhere. Legion went man on man and it didn't suit them as it left him isolated with his man.

The last 8 in the IFC will be seriously competitive, no easy draw I would say.

The last 8 in the IFC will be seriously competitive, no easy draw I would say. Even stacks will want to beat glenbeigh to get home quarters. It's cut throat. Stacks have lost in glenbeigh already this year and are by no means going to win without a massive battle. Same with alot of other games. KOR will have a battle in kilcumin too. All to play for.

Stacks could be squeezed out if they lost - An Ghaeltacht at home in Gallarus, against a Mitchels side with nothing to play for, could rack up a big score - there’s a lot on the line.

HT in Coolard, Ballydonoghue 2-04 Fossa 0-10. Very even game, both teams in a must win scenario so it will make for an intense second half.

Desmonds Beaufort was a classic, high quality, fair play to desmonds for pushing all the way.

Paudie got MOTM in what was a real dogged affair. Fossa will be happy to get out with a win as Ballydonoghue without Jason Foley really put it up to them. Impressed with some of the Fossa players that wouldn't regularly be known especially no.25 Cian McCarthy (Not 100% if I got the name right), very tight man marker and did well on Jack Kennelly.

who is the likely winner?
think i am right in saying 4 of those, have represented Kerry in the Munster Senior championship in the past and Legion got to a senior county final (and should have represented Kerry!)
realistiically, all 8 of those should be in the senior championship.

Legion did represent Kerry that year as the replay took place after the first round of Munster. They were beaten in the first round of Munster. I still think Stacks will be clear enough favourites to win this competition but other teams are capable of beating them on a given day

whats the expectations next year, 4 of this group goes back to senior, so youd imagine the 4 semi finalists?
