So the hurler kick off against Limerick tomorrow night in Tralee. Seems to be a it of interest around it. Limerick had quite a strong team out against Tipp last week, so should be a good way to get going for next season

Good crowd in Tralee last night. Limerick won wouldn't having to push on too much, but Kerry did alright at times. Something that's become a bit of a feature in the last few years happened again last night, that being giving away soft goals. Three of the four last night were very soft with Limerick running straight down the middle. Forwards did well with the limited amount of ball they were getting, but had no goal chances and some very poor wide, the weather didn't healp either side with that.
Also it was crazy that both teams had green jerseys. A few times passws were going to the wrong man over it

Munster senior league half-time Tipperary 3-14 Kerry 0-7. It was 0-9 to 0-6 and Kerry playing well. Then...they weren't. 2 bad goals given away.

Tipperary 4-20 Kerry 1-14. Shane Conway with a great goal on 62 mins. He, Brandon Barrett, and Jack Goulding picked off some great scores, while I thought Micheal O'Leary outstanding. Not a great outing, Tipp didn't even look sharp to me. We lack physicality and we can't concede goals the way we did. Still, early days.

Tipp probably in very heavy training. Kerry need physical players like O'Leary
we concede goals easy against the top tier teams, might not do so in the Joe McDonagh

Can get up to 14/15 points against them but seem to concede 4/5 goals in all the games. The small numbers on the panel play a part in that as well

Good win on the road even though they made hard work of it in the end. Can't drop too many points so any away wins are a plus.
Once again terrible coverage. None of the official Kerry GAA social media accounts had any of their owm. Twitter was just re twits of the Antrim account and nothing on Facebook

I noticed Shane Nolan wasn't named on the 26 for the Antrim game. Is he injured?

Disappointing result today. Again goals were the killer but there was other problems. Lot of messing around coming out with the ball from the back, Westmeath got one of the goals because of it. Forwards aswell were very wasteful.

Well done Shane Conway today on his Fitzgibbon victory. I was proud watching him today and congratulated him afterwards.

I think that the last round is now a dead rubber, with Kerry & Westmeath in the final on March 10th and the winner promoted. Even if Kerry lose, they will still be a point ahead of Meath in the table, as Mayo drew with Meath. If Antrim and Kerry finish level on 6 points each, their head-to-head result will mean that Kerry will stay ahead of Antrim. That said, it would be great to see Kerry go into the final on the back of a win (against Meath). Hopefully, there will be a decent crowd in for the hurling match.

Lord, it really doesn't reflect well on us as supporters that we're still on page 1 of a single thread for all the hurlers' activities this season.

Shane Conway and Jack Goulding and Barry oMahony came along just as the likes of John Egan and John Griffin retired and after Darragh OConnell had switched to Dublin.
Desperate timing!

I often wonder what impact Darragh OConnell would have? He's been playing some great stuff with Cuala the last few years

Great to see Tralee ParnellsTadhg Brick has been named on the bench for game at the weekend. Good going for a fella yet to play a club senior hurling game Two Ballymac men playing hurling for Kerry now! a new hurling stronghold. Tomas Connor plays hurling for Crotta but is from Ballymac and now Brick. There has been a strong Ballymac presence on the Parnells teams Saw Brick play in the minor final for the Abbeydorney\Parnells combination 2 years ago. Looked a good players then. How is the Parnells adult team shaping up?

Christy Walsh, Shane Brick from Kilmoyley, Tom Connell Abbeydorney played with UCC, don't know if they won medals though. Seamus McIntyre RIP Kenmare played in a final with Garda College

When I arrived yesterday Kerry had just gone 0.09 to 0.08 up. Some scoring performance after that in dreadful conditions.
