Round 6 w/e July 2 St. Pat's 3-09 v Valentia 0-9 Castlegregory 0-13 v Glenflesk 1-06 Kenmare 0-10 v Ballymacelligott 1-05 Beale 0-12 v Renard 3-06 Lispole 0-12 v Legion 1-09 John Mitchels 0-14v Tarbert 0-7
I hope MrT did not have any money on those results. Not one right!!
Seriously though, it proves Division 3 is probably the toughest division with all the top teams losing unexpectedly. Mitchels looking good now even though they are missing loads. What happened Tarbert. Renard beating Beale in Ballyb was a major shock as well.

agree with seamus this division is very tight. lispole were unlucky to draw they should have beatin legion comfortably but they fell apart in the last 15 minutes. st. pats badly needed a win they were on a dreadful run. very tight at the top and bottom.

Legion lost to Ballymac. That puts paid to their chances of going up. Beale and Mitchells look likely for promotion. Division is very tight. Says something about the championship when in Division 3, we have 2 senior teams, 3 intermediate teams and 7 junior teams, with all 3 intermediate teams near the wrong end of the table and one of the two senior teams just above them. Should we have relegation from the intermediate championship?

Looks like division four is beckoning! The islanders always seem to pull it out of the bag but yesterdays defeat to Lispole is cutting it a bit too tight this year.

Speaking as a neutral this game should not be refixed. But as I understand it the county board were waiting to see if this game would effect the final standings in the league. Beale will probably still get promoted whether the win or lose this game

As a senior team, socks, it's pretty sad that you need something like this to get past a Junior team.
