I watched the minor game again last night and have to say that the referee didnt give us one break, every decision went Roscommons way, hope theres a different man in charge on Saturday.Never have i seen one man dominate and execute such fine fielding as Tommy Walsh did, although his distribution left a lot to be desired on some occasions.David Moran also made a number of great catches and seemed to be used very well with both kick outs.Paddy Curran, absolute class, some of his points were just unreal(was he just showin off by scoring them with his left??!!). I think that they have it in them to do the business on Saturday.

Jamie Doolan has to start........ his awareness is brilliant.......... he would have buried that chance in the second half that Kerry missed. If Roscommon put two men on Paddy Curran ......we will struggle.
David Moran us a future star as is Curran. Not sure about Tommy Walsh

Interesting point Mickmack re Walshe. Discussing the game afterwards with Ros supporters quite a few also wondered if Walshe would make it at senior level though some were of the view that he will. On Sunday it was his sheer size more than anything else that made him so dominant helped by the fact that the kick outs were all straight down the centre. I feel he can develop into a fine senior player if he gets a bit more mobile though sometimes fellows of that size slow down as they get older. Was more impressed with Moran, Curran and Enright all of whom will have senior careers and also thought the other midfielder O’Driscoll had a very good last 10 mins and was instrumental in getting Kerry back into the game when 3 points down. Also was impressed with the corner forward No 13 (Sayers I think). The Kerry forwards were up against a very good backline (once the changes were made). The Ros backs have conceded few scores and frees this year and are very disciplined.
Replay could go any way. I do not expect Kerry to dominate the start as they did on Sunday but neither will Ros score 8 points without reply. A goal for either side would be very important and the weather may also be a factor. Good luck to both sides and we should be thankful to them for the entertainment and sportsmanship they provided last Sunday
