Was at the game and just watched it back last night. In real time I though Seanie was poor but, having watched it back he was involved in everything. Jack Barry as well as DOC both had fine games. Worried how our defence was open up for the goal chances.
On a final note, that steward that ran on at the end to get a selfie from DC rather than shepard off the pitch would want a good dose of reality today. Given the day that was in it there should have been stewards there to get the 2 clifford boys off the field. I thought even the kids running up to DC after the match should have been told by their parents or whoever that brought them to the match to let him alone. Fair play to Quirke for going in and sorting it out.

ya it was a shambles. you can excuse kids (Mike Quirke and one other guy where there to take him off), but an adult? a member of staff....unforgiveable.
was rightly told to get lost by the second guy

I don’t care what has happened to these boys yesterday, once I get my photo with Clifford that’s all that counts. He will fair embarrassed today and rightly so.

I think he will be suitably embarrassed today. In fairness it was (thankfully) the only negative incident I saw or heard about in relation to people commenting on the loss of their mother (may she RIP).

Words can't describe yesterday and I'm sure a tear was shed by every single member of the audience, from couch to pub to terrace, across the nation - how could it be otherwise? A foreign tourist next to us even did so having enquired of what was going on.
Well done to all and especially the Clifford family, you made GAA folk feel so proud of what a community sport is - everything David and Paudie did was miraculous, certainly gives a new meaning to 'fortitude.'
RIP Ellen and I am sure we will all say a wee prayer for you.

After Paudie scored the goal a man beside me in the stand commented "they are doing her proud"
Another replied "they always did"
She was with them every step of the way. From under 12 games in Fossa, Listowel or Killorglin to senior in Killarney, Cork or Croke Park. Always interested. Always humble. Always a lady - full of pride.
Rest in Peace Ellen.

You'd lose your faith in humanity seeing something like that. I hope his friends or family let him know what a pillock he came across as.
Fair play to the Munster Council official that told him where to go, proper order!!
On a more frivolous note, Glory Days was back being blared out as we made our way onto the pitch yesterday. A great soundtrack for our great victories in Croker last summer. I think it should be adopted now as one of our songs! Was lucky to have been in the RDS on Friday night listening to the Boss play it.
