I couldnt be prouder to be a Kerryman. I feel that the Kerry football team and their success is the foundation stone on which the pride of the County is built every 12 months.
I read in my copy of the All-Ireland final programe, that 75 years ago this year, the Kerry footballers completed the 4-in-a-row. A remarkable achievement, only twice equalled. My hat is off to those men, and I hope that we are on the path to once again equal such an achievement, or even better it!

Galway club hurling is the same way i had a very interesting conversation with a club man from the galway county hurling champions, loughrea isnt it,on a recent ferry crossing between holyhead and dublin port in relation to last years county final. words included such as,defending all-ireland champions, media over reation and hype,no blood at half time, arrogance and sulking were used,i'll let you draw your conclusions mickmack.

Well done to Kerry on winning no. 35 anyway. Even without the 3 goals I think we would have won. Everyone played well, cant thing of anyone who had a quiet game. Especially after watching the DVD of the match, the amount of work by all was evident. Brosnans block down in the first half resulting in a kerry point was great evidence of all the extra work the players were doing. The determination of Aiden O' Mahoney going up the field for the first point was brilliant to see. From the second he got the ball, u knew he was going from a score. Fantastic
