Is it true that none of last year's team are available as a consequence of winning the All-Ireland?

Yeah, think anyone who played in the final cant play this year, but i think that the unused subs can play.Kerry should still be strong enough at this grade agin this year, plenty good footballers there who didnt play last year.

I never knew that until this year. Has this always been the case. I know the Suds were good last year but they will be missing the likes of Hickey and king ouch........

Plenty of talent out there to give it a good go agin this year. when does this championship start does anyone know?? any suggestions to who might make the panel??

First game will be the same day as the seniors on June 3rd against Clare or Waterford.
Players i feel should get a chance would be.
Anthony Maher,kieran Quirke(Duagh)shane Griffin,john Egan Dermot Dineen(Ardfert)Alan o sullivan (tuosist)Mike o donoghue,niall o mahany(spa)Stephan and aidan o sullivan(skellig)Martin o mahony(ballydonoghue)Ray o connor(glenbeigh)Eamonn John O donoghue(cordal).Last years unused subs aswell.
Maybe a few more players close to the seniors like paddy curran would benefit from a few games at this level aswell.
Any more suggestions by anyone.
Ardfert will have captaincy this year aswell.

alot of the u21's who are finished with kerry should try and use the juniors as a stepping stone to the seniors.

Mike Moriarty (Beaufort), Shane Cremin (Templenoe), John Paul Leahy (Ballyduff), Terry O'Sullivan (Keel), John Joe Brosnan (Tuosist), David Culloty (Na Gaeil) Donal O'Connor (Kenmare) and Marcus McNally(Tuosist) all unused subs in final last year

Paddy curran, Paul O'Connor (valentia), Kieran Brennan could also play. They will have to bring in a few phyiscal players as well to top up the young fellas. Anyone else think that the players at the end of the kerry panel might be better dropping to junior for a few weeks before the game.
Ronan Hussey, Paul O'Connor, Donncha Walsh and a few more might get more benefit from playing junior rather than sitting on the bench for the seniors with no chance of getting a game.

Eamonn Fitzmaurice would make a great addition to the team.

Its the one medal he is missing to have the full set which very, very few people have. Watch this space although i think he is ineligable as he played senior championship last year. Not 100% on that.
COuld be on for 2008 though.

I presume if anyone who won a B medal last year cant play, then whoever won an A medal definately cant play?

Excellent point there in relation to using a number of the U 21 team, keep them playing and bridges a gap in levels. An excellent idea.
