I've started a GAA stub on Wikipedia and would like to expand it a bit.

If anyone could get me more info I'll be happy to expand the article. Any info is welcome. Most welcome are statistics of course. Lispole and Castlegregory are to be added as well.

I'm not too interested in Hurling but couldn't find any titles in the roll of honour.

I think Tommy Griffin with four Senior All-Ireland medals will be disappointed not to be mentioned as a famous Dingle player! You mentioned Sean Geaney who never won an All-Ireland senior medal.

You're right about that. Must have been a bit overenthusiastic while typing. It's also why I asked people to check the articles as well.
It's changed now and the page will be updated soon.
So would be the page for 2007 championship.
Banna are defunct as you know, so it will be hard to get any info on them. Anyone with info is welcome to give it to me. That goes for all teams all players, divisions, leagues, etc. If I can I will add it and make sure there's a good database on Kerry GAA.

Give Flemishgael a break. I for one think what he/she is doing is fantastic. Any errors/omissions should not be b1tched about here but corrected on the relevant Wikipedia page where anyone can edit a page.

Also, maybe Control might leave this thread here for a while before moving it to the 'Useful Info' page. I think it would be great to use the Kerry fan base and Kerry club member base to add a significant chunk to the Kerry GAA online presence especially given the knowledge of some of the members on this forum.

(If anyone here wants to know how to edit a Wikipedia entry just send me a Personal Message through the forum)

Feale Rangers are now correctly the 2007 champions.
Again any info from people who remember anything about Banna would be useful.

I may be wrong here but I believe Ardfert and Banna hurling clubs joined together over 50 years ago to form St Brendans hurling club. Banna is in the parish of Ardfert, likewise Kilmoyley believe or not!!!! Banna people generally play with St Brendans though some would play with Kilmoyley.
