Was there any provisional dates set. I would guess it will be some time in April.
Stacks Rathmore Crokes Rahillys - if James is out. Legion to edge it if he is fit to play.

If all teams have full squads: Austin Stacks; Dingle; Dr. Crokes; Killarney Legion. Dr. Crokes to get back on top.

Four big club games coming up - as well as the prize of a semi final place, the four winners are guaranteed senior championship status for 2016??

All games are going ahead this weekend I believe. I'll go for wins for Stacks, Crokes, Dingle and Rahillys.

Stacks Dingle Crokes Rahilly's Nothing's happened in the last 3 months to change these predictions, possibly only a bigger Rahillys win

Rathmore and Dingle a dress rehearsal for their meeting in the county championship in a few weeks. I doubt either team will be holding anything back.

What is the Dingle injury situation? They seem to be carrying a fair few knocks to important players.

Went for Rathmore in an earlier prediction but I now expect Dingle to win with not much to spare. Comfortable win for Crokes, Rahillys by 3 or 4 and Stacks by the same margin.

Legion v Crokes Crokes for me as they are playing some great football at the moment saw them play against Killcumin they are back to their best for me some team and hope they win the co championship if my own crowd Stacks dont get their! Legion have heart a local Killarney derby it will be very interesting game Dingle v Stacks Stacks i think could edge this game as they have great fire power Dingle are young and maybe just a small nbit too young to win it but ive been wrong before and they could easily win this game if things go right on the day for them

Cannot understand how this has not been fixed as a double header, it seems to make the most sense does it not? 2 good games in the making. If James was fit, this would be one of the most eagerly anticipated clashes in a long time between the sides with Legion confirming status as genuine Championship contenders in the last few years. However, I think Legion will struggle to match Crokes intensity and may struggle to keep the scoreboard ticking over as much as they would like, especially without James. I expect Crokes to win by 6 or 7 points.
Dingle vs Stacks I expect to be a much closer affair. This is almost to impossible to call but if I had to stick my neck out I would say Dingle will edge it by a point or two. Would anyone be able to put up a team sheet from the games?
Crokes lined out vs Kilcummin as follows:
Shane Murphy, John Payne, Michael Moloney, Fionn Fitzgerald, Mike Milner, Alan O Sullivan, Shane Doolan, Daithi Casey, Eoin Brosnan, Micheal Burns, Gavin O Shea, Brian Looney, Tony Brosnan, Kieran O Leary and Jordan Kiely.
Kilcummin: Kealy, Will Maher, Damien O Leary, Sean Brosnan, Daniel Moynihan, Daniel O Leary, Chris O Leary, Shane McSweeney, Kevin Gorman, Noel Duggan, Philip Casey, Kieran Murphy, Matt Keane, Kevin McCarthy, Michael O Shea.
No need for much of a report here, Kilcummin started the game the brighter and were two scores to the good ahead inside the first 5 minutes. Crokes were slow to get out of the blocks and it took 10-15 minutes for them to realise they may be in for a battle. Game was tied at 5 points apiece with 15 minutes gone and then Crokes took over and completely dominated the remainder of the game. 1-5 without reply saw Crokes take an 8 point lead into second half which was quite flattering as Kilcummin had played reasonably well in the first 15-20. Tony Brosnan got the green flag with a rebound from his own attempt after a good save from Kealy. Crokes played well in the second half but Kilcummin dropped the heads and wont take much confidence from this mauling. Final score 4-17 to 0-7. Tony Brosnan finished with 3 of the goals and Daithi Casey with the other from the penalty spot.
Colm Cooper and Johnny Buckley were carrying knocks (not quite sure what they are) ahead of the National League final this coming weekend. Chris Brady injured a hamstring vs John Mitchels the previous week in a co. league game and Cillian Fitzgerald has an ankle injury. Luke Quinn and Jamie Doolan are recovering from knee injuries. All are expected to be fully fit for the Legion game in a few weeks time with the exception of Luke Quinn and Jamie Doolan.

As Annascaultilidie frequently and rightly states on here, the County Board leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to marketing games. May Bank Holiday weekend and potentially 2 cracking games as a double header in Killarney or Tralee ... opportunity lost.

Maybe so but i think playing games on a Saturday evening suits players and supporters also,Bank Holiday weekends are tough to schedule around especially for towns like Killarney and Dingle with the tourism sector. If there was going to be Double headers is would of made more sense to have Legion v Crokes & Rathmore v Kilcummin in the Relegation play - off as you would have a large East Kerry crowd. Same with Dingle v Stacks & Strand Rd v Milltown/Castlemaine as they would be from a similar geographical location

Did James play for Legion? No, but Eamon would have been delighted if he saw the amount of running he did on the line/across the pitch.

Pat O'Shea has them going well alright. Legion will give em enough of it but you would expect them to win it. Nobody has a better panel than Crokes this year. They have good subs to bring in and some injured players to come back. Like a lot of teams keeping players like Kiely Brosnan and Burns around for the summerwill be a big help to them. Every team has to deal with that. With everyone one fit I expect them to win it.

Crokes are set to become the Dubs of the county championship in 2016.

I do think/hope Crokes will win it but I envisage a few of the games to be very close especially potential meetings with perhaps Dingle, Legion or South Kerry. Certainly under Pat, Crokes seem to be rejuvenated and their ability to create and score goals looks to be back. Dingle are a team that I would fear, they have a very strong team and only a matter of how long before they win a championship I think.
