Imagine the power of Dublin if it was pay per play and there was a transfer market.
Players would want to play for Dublin because the WAGS like shopping in Grafton Street etc just like Posh and Becks.
I am in a cold sweat.............

pay to play will without a doubt lead to transfer maket down the line, trust me its not pretty..
to suggest that it wont kerrygold is denial really. its a fact of life.. No one want that to happen to the GAA. Any incentive programs, grants, retirement, etc is the best way to go.

makes sence to sort it out now and put something in place that will protect the amateur ethos of the game for generations and decades to come. After all,all lads want to do is play football for their counties.
enhanced expenses, insurance policies would be the least offensive way to go to compensate players for their time, how hard would it be to pay the 5 million from the government grand out to the various co.boards and let them pay it out as expense payment.
now is the time to sort it,the movement and dialog seems to be moving at a snails pace,a players strike should be avoided.
