bally won well at midfield with hanlon and ray o sull, kenedy got 2 goals, it was 3-6 to 3 points at half time. Beale were v poor in the first half but gave a better account of themselves in the second. Bally have played a few games together and it showed, they look good for it this year and they were missing mangan last nite

ya Bally have always had a good team at this age group.beale would be relying on 3 or 4 players like.

to have any hope of winning that competition you'd have to playing challanges the whole time just to get used of playing together.badly run by the n.k board aswell.

badly run by the n.k board aswell. No surprise there....they couldnt organise the proverbial pi*s up in a brewary unless there is gate receipts involved

Emmets won the minor league final as well in a cracking game out in Ballyduff against Ballydonaghue last Sunday evening so their players are on a high........Jack Buckley ran the show in the second half (kicked 1 3 from play in this half) and this turned a 6 point deficit into a 5 point win... First time seeing Eamonn Walsh of Ballydonaghue (had heard him mentioned on this forum before and could not help but be impressed....

ya it was a complete turnabout in the second half of the minor game.ballydonoghue seemed to be cruising but buckleys goal at the start of the second half and paul kennelly having to go off injured were the major turning points

what game were you watching?he roasted his man everytime he got the ball and would of pointed alot of those free ballydonoghue got at the end of the game.the scores were level when he went off aswell so i cant see how they were beat!

A turning point is defined as a decisive moment. Emmets were "coasting and on top in ALL sectors" (quote from the kerryman) when he went off (Emmets had outscored their opponents by 6 points in the 20 minutes leading up to the injury). Therefore, I would not say it was a decisive moment as emmets were in all probability going to win anyway. Secondly, I, along with many other very knoweldgable supporters including 2 former kerry players, thought he was been very well marshelled by his man throughout. Thirdly, I do not remember Ballydonaghue missing many frees after he went until after Emmets 2nd goal meaning that Ballydonaghue were simply lobbing the ball into the box so I would not consider that to have been crucial either.

Listowel have momentum after buckleys cracker of a goal straight from the throw in.ballydonoghue were well on top in the first half or 'coasting' as the kerryman would say but it didnt mean the game was over.with two top forwards like Walsh and Kennelly inside the game was far from over.anyone who ever played the game would know its a different story playing a team with one very good forward to that of playing a team with two every good forwards.

I would think that Desmonds will give Listowel a good run presuming they get over Duagh, the winners will come from this side unledd eddie mangan can score about 3-11 for bally in all their games

I think Knock-Brosna could put it up to Bally-Asdee. However Knock may have to rely on too many minors. They could go close in the minors. Any resuts from this competition apart from desmonds-ballydonughue? Who beat the likes of Finuge,Senans and Tarbert? And Ballyduff?! They should be strong. oh ya that listowel-Moyvane result was a false one. Moyvane were missing afew regulars.

Knock were robbed in the minor semi final vs listowel! had a blatant penalty 4 a leg block denied in the last few minutes when der was only 2 in it! listowel went on 2 win by 4! so what your saying is if you won the penalty and scored you would have only lost by 1 point!!!!! God damn refs ;D
