I was disgusted with the performance of the Kerry management for the Munster ladies final v Cork in Rathmore last Saturday. Players played in their wrong positions, backs as forwards, clueless tactics and general panic stations all round. Not to mention giving a dummy team to the media just to confuse the bejaysus out of them and also make the radio presentation sound like a complete shambles as they tried to get a handle on who was playing and where,or not if at all! And then just to top it all off a complete and utter hiding! Not good enough

Shocking performance by Kerry v Donegal yesterday, 12 players behind the ball and no intensity by Kerry, lucky to get a result which was largely due, to be fair, on Kerrys superior fitness.Static northern style blanket defence is not and should not be the Kerry way

No hindsight needed here, I said last year that change of management was needed and nothing has changed. Progress stalled last year, sometimes it takes a new voice/ideas to help a team take that next step through no fault of the existing management. With regression this year it's clear management stayed 1 year too long.
Still is an All Ireland in this team, hopefully next year will be the year.

I doubt we'll see William O Sullivan in charge next year - it needs a new person at the top to freshen it up. It might take a few more years until some of the u14 crop come through before we will make the breakthrough though. We just dont seem to have a standout / go to player or players at the moment which all the top contenders have.

William O Sullivan did nothing to encourage some of the new brighter prospects in Kerry ladies football to come through and progress as part of the senior panel. The small panel of players he stuck with grew stale and weary of the same voice. The Kerry mens team have proven that by promoting new hungry talent allied to older experienced players success will come. Only one player from last years minor team was promoted to the senior set up. His time up was well overdue and Im glad hes gone

This hasn't been a great year for the Kerry Ladies but they still put their hearts and souls into it, and no-one more so than William O'Sullivan. The Kerry Ladies were at a low ebb when he came in and he trained them superbly to compete against an all-conquering Cork side, something we hadn't managed to do in a long time. As for not having any stand-out or go-to players right now....what games have you been watching? Bernie Breen and Louise ni Muircheartaigh for starters and it would be a long list; we are much closer than the negativity on here would indicate. There's a lot of things people say about outgoing Kerry managers - all I'd like to say to some-one who has always and ever been a gentleman to deal with and given an incredible amount of effort to the green and gold banner, is thank you very much.

What ever happened to Sarah O'Connor and Kasey O'Driscoll? Remember them being the of the main players about 10 years ago but seemed to disappear soon after that
