No contest. Looking at the rebel bench the only player worth bringing on is Goulding. I dont mean any disrespect to any of the Cork subs by saying that. they are all great footballers in their own right. But I am talking about players with the ability to make a serious impact such as Darren and Sean o Sullivan in the forwards and Tommy Griffen

gooch was unbelievable against dublin.cant believe kerry supporters think he hasnt got what it takes to take any back to the cleaners. Graham Canty ain t just any back...he is one of, if not the best defender in the country based on performances over the past 5 years..... think about it in d munster final replay last year gooch kicked i think 6 wides against canty he roasted him but he left his shooting boots at home.end of story.this year he is playing much better and i will be delighted 2 see canty marking him dont get me wrong canty is a good footballer but gooch is great. dont base canty in d last 5 years playing against bad teams most of d time

I would call Quirke and Murphy a draw..........................also Canty v Donaghy .....Donaghy Masters v Young.......Young Kerry 7 Cork 4 Draw 4 quirke is a better keeper than murphy. also, canty wont be on donaghy, and even if he was if anyone was to edge that battle it would be canty. Seems I was wrong about the goalkeepers . Sorry Diarmuid.

kerry attacked corks strong point which was midfield and completly destroyed them.murphy hardly touched the ball and has possibly lost out on the player of the year award.looks like declan will get it.

Would go for Declan myself, when things were tough V Monaghan and Dublin he really came to the fore. Yesterday he played very deep especially once we got the lead.

Kerry won every possible matchup hands down. Can you imagine if Kerry had actually scored half of their wides. Cork would have been looking at a massacre today rather than just a heavy defeat.

i felt leaving croker yesterday that declan had left the player of the year after him,but having watched the game again on setanta i'm not so sure, declan covered a lot of ground and handled alot of ball yesterday,it will be a tight call between himself and colm, isnt it great though to see the two of them in such form after their form last year, maybe they both will accept player of the year together,it mighten be a bad idea.
