I had the season ticket in 2012 and they were very helpful with these issues. Sounds like things have taken a very severe turn for the worse. Yes they have. I always found them very helpful in the past. This year they are giving Ryanair a run for their money.

Has anybody not got their tickets in their account to print off. I am just back from holidays and have found nothing there to print. Its also now Saturday and I presume there will be nobody replying to my email.
Next question.....where are they selling tickets in PUC

I have just had enough of the people running this scheme.
I am now going to cancel my credit card on the account and will not be renewing the card.
Its no longer any value anyway since they started selling tickets at reduced rates in Super Valu in the week before league games. Its not a problem getting tickets for any game except the final now anyway.
The payment for last weeks tickets failed and I had to buy tickets down at PUC. But they are now trying to say they emailed me and tried to phone me to tell me the payment failed.
Between that and having to get them to correct my attendance record most years its now just annoying.

Got a great service in 2012 myself but obviously the race is run as far as you are concerned. I hope you never have trouble with ticks, sincerely.

Consider writing to both Liam O'Neill and Pauric Duffy outlining any difficulties and concerns you have and make suggestions to improve the scheme before you cancel your account. The only bonus of the scheme is the All-Ireland Final ticket for the holders, Kerry are likely to be in this years final.

Does anyone know what happens with season tickets for the final. Do we wait until the final few days before we know we are getting them?

Does anyone know what happens with season tickets for the final. Do we wait until the final few days before we know we are getting them? Would like to know the same. I have 83% attendance, which would have been 100% if I wouldn't have fallen ill. So I qualify for the ticket and fully expect to be sitting in section 305 or 306 the 21st

The Tipp and Kilkenny hurling season ticket holders got an email the week after their SF win to say they had qualified and tickets would be posted out the week before the final. AFAIK, there's something in the "small print" this year to the effect that the AIF ticket might NOT necessarily be in the Lower Cusack 305/306. Could be Upper Cusack but not Canal end.

Yea also received confirmation email. Word of warning to those who might have been relying on the game last Saturday to reach the 60% mark, attendance was not recorded for me anyway so I had to contact them to update it. 100% attendance worth it

Another word of warning to anyone on marginal attendance, my attendance of Kerry v Derry in Fitzgerald stadium on February 9th was not recorded because there was a problem with the scanners on the day, even though they seemed to scan ok at the time. Now short 1 game for quota due to same and 10 day window for querying attendance is long closed ! Have many people had issues with the Derry match/subsequently got it rectified post query ?

I know it's been said before (& we're quick enough to criticize them when they do something wrong) but the GAA deserve great credit for the introduction of the season ticket scheme. It really does reward the supporters who make the extra effort to attend the majority of their counties games. Kerry supporters in general have benefited greatly since its introduction.

Loads of people had problems with the attendance for the Derry game, myself included. I didn't bother to query it with them because it was much later on in the year when I realised it and I've only missed one other game anyway so I was always going to qualify easily. There's some old threads here about how people got on getting their attendance rectified. You might want to take a look at these. The seasonticket office seem to have gotten a bit stickier this year though. I was not recorded for a couple of games last year and they rectified it without any hassle. The 10 day rule is a new thing this year, I think, and they seem to be a bit awkward about it.
BTW if you have an iphone or a smartphone with locationhistory switched on (which it is by default!) you have a record of where you actually were that day. :-) Or at least where your phone was!!

E mail says " you will be seated in the Cusack stand". Sincerely hope it's section 305/6 in the lower Cusack . Could they possibly transfer all season ticket holders to the upper deck?
?

Surely they can't. It used to say guaranteed 305/306 but they sneakily changed the T&C's as it is no longer there.

I also had problems with the Derry game but got it sorted. It is a great system but there are "glitches". Thankfully I have qualified with a 77% attendance.I have attended 10 out of 13 matches they say. So,each match I attended was worth 7.7% but there were only 12 matches and the 13th is the All Ireland final on Sept.21st.They are including Sept.21st when calculating our attendance. How could a person attend the 13th match if it hasn't happened yet! Each match should have been worth 8.33%.I am not being narky and I am only stating this for those who have borderline attendance. For instance 8 attended matches would have brought an attendance to 58.4%! Attendance of 60% needed. Surely they wouldn't refuse a ticket over 1.6%.Worth a try.

I think it's been a terrific scheme. I wonder how many Kerry season tickets there are? On the way into grounds the season ticket gate certainly seems to be busy. Of course, the scheme really pays dividends when we get to the final! For the games with pre-allocated seats I nearly always have the same neighbour. I am blessed as he is an absolute gentleman from Dingle and knows his stuff. In general, I am definitely seeing familiar faces in the season ticket area at this stage at every game.

No worries Seoirse. Only now after seeing an email from season ticket office saying that season ticket holders will be on the lower tier of the Cusack. Good news and things certainly starting to look good.

Good news and things certainly starting to look good. Good to see they are not as bad as we thought they are. In the past they were a lot more helpful with regards to attendance and the girls/boys working for their customer service were lovely. Like with most businesses they must have been informed they are not be too nice to customers.
