Would love to see a few of the close battles we've had with Cork the last decade as well. It can be difficult to differentiate a lot the games from memory.
Any chance of this Kerry Golden Years II, 97-09 ever materialising? There were rumours it was in the pipeline a while back, but it was probably all pub talk.

I've got DVDs of last year and 09 on order. I'll get them ripped and will have last year's Munster final and AI SF on youtube whenever they arrive, will put up whatever else comes on them also.

2012 QF game v Tyrone in Killarney Greatly indebted to you for this. My UPC box went belly up recently taking with it my recording of this game. UPC boxes have a habit of going belly up. It happened to me after I had taped the 2012 Kerry -Tyrone game and a poster on here kindly uploaded it on here and I saved it to my PC. I think that I might be able to put the 2008 replay on here. I used a programme called HANDBRAKE to copy it from a DVD to my PC in MP4 format. handbrake.fr/I think it will upload to Youtube now. I had the 2006 Armagh game on a DVD but I cant locate it sadly. If any one has old games on DVDs.... I will upload them if they could be sent to me.... using the ould HANDBRAKE! |

Great work Mickmack. I wonder does anyone have the 2004 Munster Football Final Replay in Killarney floating around? I dont think that game was on live on TV. I think there were a few minutes highlights on the 2004 championship DVD but I cant seem to find that particular DVD at the moment. |

2 games I've been at but never seen the video of are the:
02 Quarter Final v Galway

I have removed the 2008 game v Galway and also the 2009 final 4 hour video.
I think I have a way around the problem.
After using the HANDBRAKE tool to lift them off the DVD they are in MP4 format.
Using a programme called WINFF I converted the MP4 to AVI format.
Using windows medial maker I can redo the video and remove all advertisements etc so only the bare footage will be on the new videos.
I tell ye this in case anyone else has old games on DVD and are trying to upload them.
It helps to have a computer engineer in the family as I can barely use teletext at the best of times.

At various times she thought I was losing my mind / having a heart attack as I gesticulated and roared. Now she just rolls her eyes..... |

Skipped along to the end to see the late flurry of points and who should I spot, but yours truly in the crowd cheering a Maurice Fitz peach of a point. If memory serves, the new Hogan Stand was being built at the time. 15 years ago, bloody hell. |
