Does anybody know anything about Marc' s injury. He was in some pain when it happened, from where i was it looked like something wrong with his knee but could have been the ankle. Hope is ok.

Appears to have a badly bruised knee and should be back within 3/4 weeks TG. No matter how strong the panel is Marc would be virtually irreplaceable

thank God for that, as said here definitely one of our irreplaceables, obviously delighted from a supporter's point of view but also from his point of view. you always get the impression Marc really enjoys his football- so delighted for him, he must be very relieved.

He came down hard on the knee but there was no twist which is what causes the damage.
Great news and the break will do him no harm.
Time to try out Shane Enright.......

Great, if he's back in 3/4 weeks, might even be a blessing in disguise. Knowing Marcs fitness it's not a problem for him, rest may even do him a favour bring him back very fresh and also will allow JOC to give somebody another chance to shine.

Saw Marc at the parade in Dingle today, on crutches and looked very pale, glad to hear its not too serious.

He will be missed, but its a big chance for someone to stake a claim in his absense, Tommy G for example.

theres no doubt about it but aside from the gooch i think marc o se is the one man we cant do without...he has nailed down his spot at centre back with his sensational performances so far..you could play marc at corner forward and he would play he blinder..i believe he is the man to lead from the back this year so its great news that his injury aint too serious...go neiri an bhothar leat a mharc!!!!!

Marc is essential to our efforts this year, we should not jeprodise him, if he needs a month take two there are plenty lads around to fill in and a few of them have points to prove..the two Aidens Bohane and O Flaherty being some !

Marc is back and should be ready for county league action next weekend. He played Friday night in the club c'ship. I'd expect all the Kerry players who are injury free to play next weekend. The Cork/Waterford(!) game is weeks away yet.
