just wondering would Fat Tom be togging out with the spa in Junior League Ha! I dunno yet whether I'll make a comeback during the Summer or not. Fitness is terrible so I might just stick to the GOLF!!!!!!!!! and a couple of games of indoor soccer.

What time is the starting times for the games tonight?
Junior leagues are nearly the best competition run by the county board: on friday night so the rest of the weekend is free and its very enjoyable football to play. It may not be as enjoyable to watch but theres usually no-one watching except a fellow walking his dog!!

No you said it for Junior league there is more time spend in analysis in the pub after than on the match and the amount of time spent on training is nil!!

I don't see Ballyheigue in any of the divisions, which is dissapointing, because they have some nice footballers and if they trained would be a fairly handy Division 5 county league side ! Its surprising that they dropped out, because only last year they got to the Novice Shield final beating County league sides like Asdee and Knocknagoshel along the way !
They are meant to have a few handy football teams underage, including a very good U14 side, which augurs well for the future if they can be kept interested !
I'd like to echo the other contributers views on the great social aspect of Junior Football !

ArthurG started his playing career with the B's on advice from the then manager that "anyone caught training would be dropped for the next game". That what makes the B's a class competition. We had some mighty sessions (and still do), one of which involved leaving Templenoe at 2.30 in the morning for the long trek home after being beaten by 10pts.
Stacks will win Div1 wonka, stop spoutin sihte about Dingle.

St. Mary's 0-10 0-08 Gneeveguilla it was a tough enough game for the beginning of the year. Wet conditions didn't suit either side, but a wins a win

Errah we made up for it by annihilating the Crokes in the East Kerry semi final.
About 3-11 to 5/6 points. Classic stuff.

i think that a club must name a first 15 at the start of the year. none of these players can play "B" football. also any player who starts in the first round of the championship (senior, inter, junior...) cant play either. not sure what happens if you come on as a sub
