I'll put me head on the block first so Royal: Munster - Kerry Leinster - Dublin Ulster - Tyrone Connacht - Roscommon
Other Q-finalists - Mayo, Monaghan, Donegal, Kildare
POTY - David YPOTY - Not too sure based on what I've seen so far in the League AI Final - Kerry v Tyrone Sam - Kerry (Please God!)

Who will will their respective provinces?
Roscommon, Armagh, Kerry, Kildare
Who will make the Quarter finals through qualifiers? Hard to know what is possible. Mayo, Tyrone, Dublin, Monaghan.
Who will be POTY? Hopefully David Clifford
Who will be YPOTY? I don't know any young players.
Who will the final? Not sure if it can happen or not but sure let us say Kerry Tyrone.
Who will take Sam home? Hopefully Kerry.

Dublin now gave a great chance of winning all ireland after hearing the latest news. I heard Pat Spillane wrote that he predicts Dublin won't win all ireland this year. That increases their chances alot. He said same about Tyrone last year.

Jimmy Highland could get young player of the year although I'd say he must 22/23. I had McGuigan but I didn't realise he's 24. I just checked out Hyland and he's also 24 as is Ryan O'Donaghue, David Clifford is a year younger. What's the criteria for winning young player of the year, is there a set age I wonder. Does he need to play in the final.

It's u21 apparently , hyland would be same age as David and Sean.
Munster kerry Leinster dublin ( croke park factor decisive) Ulster Tyrone ( best team by a few points up there) Connacht mayo (flip of a coin though) Quarters hard to predict but any of Galway, roscommon , Armagh, Donegal,Derry, kildare or tipp/clare as an outside.
Id say it will be a Tyrone vs kerry final with us to prevail but any combination of provincial winners wouldn't surprise me (except kerry dublin). Poty David Clifford YPOTY if Canavan is eligible him , hard to pick one really id have gone for Rian o neill but he might be gone for Donegal game
Edit its u21 which seems quite young

In that time Mayo have 6 winners (the 2 O'connor brothers have 2 each and kieth Higgins 1) Kerry have 5 winners (Mike Frank killian young Tommy Walsh Seán O'Shea David Clifford) and then there are a load of counties with 2 winners including Cork. I'm surprised that Gooch and Declan never got 1 Declan was a double captain of an allireland winning teams in 06/07, I wonder is it because he got booed?

Poty and YPOTY are a bit mad really players off the top of my head who haven't won it Declan, gooch, dara o se James mcarthy, padraig Joyce, donnelan. Especially mcarthy and gooch if there was an award for players of the decades of have those as the last two winners!

Some list of lads who didn't win it, its nearly more impressive that the list of those who did.

Tyrone looking like they have improved on last year Their two midfielders are only growing in their full potential nothing to come near them for sheer athleticism and now they are joining in the attack too. Tyrone could we’ll go back to back

Let’s see how Ulster pans out, Donegal/Armagh/Monaghan on their day could take Tyrone out, the quarter finals could be a gravedigger’s dream, there are a number of mines out there. That said, Kerry to win everything, because they have the best team, solid bench, and key is they have the hunger/hurt/cause.
Gav for POTY
