It's about 15 minutes closer to Dublin.
A couple of quick questions that I doubt anyone knows answer to.....
1. Will season tickets be scanned at Edendork.
2. Will a fella be able to get in and see the game if he travels.
3. Will it be on the Telly still.
I cant imagine Edendork is very big, capacity wise. I would want to be making my mind up soon whether to travel or watch the count.

From looking at the pitch from a satellite there is no stand. There is a concrete terrace along one side and part way around the back of one goal. The terrace is about 10 steps deep. I see this being a disaster to try and see the game.

Match will be cancelled- there’s flooding all up the country. Pity our first away game of the year ain’t goin ahead and will be interesting to see when the game is replayed as we run a fairly tight ship fixture wise due to our club championship being in April We played Dublin in Croker already. So second away game. Anyone in Omagh at the moment to give us an update on conditions? That not a neutral venue?

I've decided to head down the road. Rather than the risk pneumonia at side of a mucky pitch. Crazy call to proceed.

To be honest- this has swung it for me- flooded roads and bad weather for driving would be enough to make me seriously reconsider goin without the inevitable chest infection that I’ll get from standing in an uncovered terrace for 2 hours

Not an Ideal venue should it start raining. However, at least it's not a wasted journey for travelling Kerry support.

Stay safe folks.

No covered stands at Edendork. Just concrete terracing as far as I remember. Dungannon Clarke’s would have been a better option, at least it has a covered stand.
It’s just outside Dungannon, on the road towards Coalisland. About a half mile on left past Sainsbury’s.
Wouldn’t have minded going up to this as I’m not a million miles away, but have plans plus I wouldn’t have fancied getting the head blown off me.

Does a ground not have to be approved for games at this level? Surely there are minimum standards?

The game is still live on TG4 for anyone not brave enough to make the journey like myself.

Hearing rumours that it's off. Anyone up there confirm or deny Tyrone Twitter confirm that game is going ahead as does Ian O’Riordan of the IT - all less than 5 mins ago - Tyrone on the pitch warming up.

Conditions are atrocious. Why they didnt just postpone when the teams can do themselves justice. And not d1ck around players and supporters to a new venue that isnt playable!

Real argument to be made for finding a way to play this great completion during the summer. The football would be massive!

Lads I know conditions are very poor but we are once again getting screwed with frees being awarded again at us. All the Tyrone player has to do is run into us and then fall down ....
You would not mind so much if the ref was consistent , Geaney got a pull back to his shoulder for his goal effort but no free.....
We are working really hard and have won some great turnovers - expect the same from Tyrone in the second half with the wind. Be interesting to see our kick outs..

Kerry need to show some game intelligence here and stop fouling, going for the big hit or killer tackle was very foolish in the first half when it would have been next to impossible for Tyrone to score from open play with any reasonable pressure on their kick - different story now in the 2nd half ... tackling needs to be intense

Looking as bleak as the weather. Agree on the fouls thing but the ref is naieve. Sean o shea got pulled there and tyrone man was falling before he got to him.

Refereeing standards are a serious problem and have been for some time - it’s a major blight in the game.
It’s very difficult to ref games now a days but that’s no excuse for the the rules of the game not being reffed correctly and consistently .
Look at rugby ffs.

Tyrone deserved win here more composed. Kerry very defensive at times and physical out muscled. Tyrone the more improved side over three games.

Shocking decisions. David Clifford definitely wronged. Are the umpires blind. A yellow card to each player is only a cop out by ref.

Tyrone deserved win here more composed. Kerry very defensive at times and physical out muscled. Tyrone the more improved side over three games. Kerry retreated into their shell for the second half, granted they were against the wind but we still weren't playing that snappy ball into the forwards. Darren McCurry was the difference in the end. He kicked some sublime scores including that line ball, exceptional.
