First of all welcome back FatTom... I have always been a big supporter of Donnacha walsh and will continue to be. He played well in the league this year and I hope will continue to improve his game. As for the lack of North Kerry Palyers on the team I am going to said again there is. End of story. We have gotten the short straw for the last number of years. I think it will be changing and maybe it has somthing to do with the managment at Minor and u-21 who look out side the box. I think you will see more in NK player in the not too distant future. Colin Mahoney, the walsh bros, Shane Enright, just to name a few.

I really don't see what players in the last few years were really better than what was in there and if so they would be tit for tat decisions and not ones that really impact the performance levels of the squad.
Sure there are a few players for the future but there are other players around the county that will be knocking on the door too and no Kerry manager is going to ignore raw talent that will impact the outcome of an All Ireland based on what part of the county.
For me I don't see what player now or in the last few years that was neglected or left off the panel or what player could have made a bigger impact at Senior Level for Kerry than the squad that was already there.

As I said would make little impact over the players there already.
Jeremy King played for the Kerry juniors in the year they won it and was impressive but no more so than any of the other backs on that team.
As I said already these are tit for tat decisions and the management aren't simply ignoring any part of the county.
I'm not sure who Bobby O'Sullivan plays for but Liam Keane has been mentioned before and there is no doubting he is a top class defender but one would feel if he was good enough he would have gotten his chance before now.
