I am sure they will be all updated when it comes to booking our All Ireland Final tickets in a few months. It takes a carrier pigeon longer to fly from Killarney to Croke Park with the sd card from the ticket scanner. Falcon attacks along the route may cause disruption to service also. I was clay pigeon shooting this week at Adare Manor and I think I might have accidentally shot the carrier pigeon. While the season ticket scheme has been a total success the way it was implemented is not great. The cards easily get lost and there is not much flexibility. Apart from All Ireland tickets there are also few benefits. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought it was an external company that originally set up the system and while it now seems to be run by people in the GAA I believe the call centre and customer services are still outsourced. Not ideal in my opinion as the GAA is an organisation that represents a lot of very conservative patrons as well as the youth of Ireland. A system run and developed by the GAA and its members would probably have been able to listen to its users more effectively. The system is in place for a few years now and personally I would like to see what motivates people in Limerick or Clare to get a football season ticket or people in Antrim for a hurling season ticket. Few people make it to the matches and realistically they won't feature in an All Ireland final either. For me personally, it has been a way to pay in one go for the League matches, which makes things a lot easier and getting tickets for the other matches without having to queue at Supervalu or go online. The drawback has been that my busiest time of year is the latter stages of the league and most of the championship and I've had tickets my card was charged for that I have given away to supporters. This because my card is charged anyway, whether I can go or not. There is an opt out, but it can't be used very often. And it wouldn't make sense given you need a certain attendance to qualify for All Ireland tickets. So instead I sometimes have to choose between a week's work or a day in Croke Park and give my ticket for free to a real fan. If Kerry do make it to the final I still qualify for buying a ticket, but we haven't gotten that far for a couple of years now. Is it worth it?

4.30pm and still accounts not updated. And when it comes to calculating the ticket holders % attendance prior to the All Ireland final (60% needed) the ticket holder is deemed not to have attended the All Ireland final which of course is impossible as the final has not happened. This not attended % for the upcoming All Ireland final could reduce the ticket holders % by approx 12% pushing him/her below 60% and therefore no ticket entitlement. Aren't they quick and sharp in Croke Park for this,no waiting for carrier pigeon information then.

As you say the percentage attendance calculation always includes the upcoming match which is ridiculous. This has never bothered me as I have always managed to put up more than the 60% anyway. But has anyone been caught this way?

The carriage house is more informal and I can certainly recommend going for a cup of coffee or a nice drink in the bar. The grounds are amazing. JP is not just a GAA legend now, but also brings jobs to West Limerick, where there were few jobs before.

Looking at the Season Ticket FAQs, you will need to have attended 8 of these to qualify. So really, you could have gone to no game to date in 2019, miss one more game and still manage to qualify for tickets (assuming no more issues with the carrier pigeon that is).

It clearly shows on the FAQs the number of games you must have attended PRIOR TO ALL IRELAND FINAL to avail of a final ticket.

One less thing to worry about. Now all we have to do is get to the Final.

My friend got unfairly refused a final ticket a few years ago,he finished with 58% as the upcoming final was counted when the % per game was being calculated. If Kerry play 14 games to get to the final (hopefully) with the final counted for % per game purposes thats 15 games. This would mean that each game accounts for 6.66%. Multiply that 9 (not counting final) and you get 59.94%.Hopefully CP would round that to 60%. !!! Thats my calculation,I might be incorrect. Personally I am at 80% and am only putting this note in as precautionary.

If their County qualifies for the All-Ireland final, Club+ Season Ticket holders will qualify for an All-Ireland Final ticket regardless of their attendance rate during the season - this only applies to the selected code of the GAA Season Ticket.

There is a very clear table that outlines how many games you need to attend to be eligible for a ticket should your county make the final. I suggest people read it.

There seems to be problems at Kerry venues a lot with season tickets, Killarney & Tralee. Is this a problem with the scanners sent to Kerry or the personnel operating them?

When you log in to your details, proceed to purchase a ticket and an option will come up for the level ( say Cusack lower) and then you can take the next step which will show the ticket details you are about to purchase.
