I know a few people who are affected and who were definitely there. Can anyone confirm that downloading the ticket to my phone and presenting the barcode is acceptable as well? All they need is the barcode right?

Several people have contacted headquaters about the problem but the response has been very poor to none. This is not even close to acceptable and I and others I know, will not be renewing.

I remember in the run up to the 2011 final i got the email saying that I hadn't reached my quota. My attendance as the Kerry V Cork league game wasn't registered as well as one of the munster games. I got onto them and they basically said to prove it. Luckily for the Cork game I was a few mins late and the lad scanning the season ticket had already closed up his stile.
A very helpful steward that let me in went looking for the lad with the scanner so that I could get my attendance registered. He returned with the man with the season ticket scanner just after half time. We got chatting as you do and by chance got his name. So I gave the season ticket people the name of the steward as well as my story. And they went away and checked it out and revised my quote so I got the ticket.
The thing is I emailed them a few times when it wasn't showing up after the game and they said it would be updated soon. And to be honest I forgot about it.

A simple tip is always wait until you hear the BEEP of the scanner reading your card.
It might be BS but I was told before that sometimes the operators just let you through if they are having trouble scanning the card and there is a crowd building up behind you.

Why isn't the season ticket as reliable as a credit card payment? It should be when people go the trouble, time & financial investment associated with attending games. Kerry seems to be more of a trouble area with the season ticket registration than other venues?

I heard the beep for the game against Dublin this year but it never updated. Emails them and was told you didn’t attend😏😏😏

I had the use of someone else's ticket last Sunday, was paranoid about it being registered.

The issue of season tickets was discussed on Radio 1 by Damien O'Reilly today.
Would be very sceptical of people saying that they attended matches weren't credited for doing so if it was n't the case that I got credited for attending the Monaghan game on 3rd March in Killarney and I wasn't there and neither was my ticket. Def something for GAA to loook into.

I see we can buy Spice Girls tickets for the knock down price of €145. I'll take 10.

Got an email today from seasontickets.ie advising me that the "Bring a friend" option for the Leinster Final is now live. I wouldn't bring an enemy to the Leinster Final not to mind a friend! The Munster Final email arrived minutes later. Is it any wonder that they can't record attendances correctly if they can't even send emails to the right people.

Quick question. Does a Season Ticket guarantee you a seat in the Stand in the Fitzgerald Stadium? I know the T&Cs on the website says seats will be subject to ground capacity. But if it is a Mayo game then their's plus Kerry's Season Tickets plus whatever other schemes are there will fill the stand capacity before they go on sale.

When I had the season ticket it was always a *e stand ticket in Killarney.

Season ticket holders have been able to purchase stand tickets for the Munster Final when it's been held in Killarney but if I remember right for our last 8's game in Killarney against Kildare the season ticket holders were not allocated a seat, it was unreserved seating or General admission. I expect it will be General admission also for the 14th.

I think if Mayo win that the season ticket holders will be allocated seats in the stand..Mayo support will travel in their droves while Galways may not..an attendance of 20/25000 for Galway while Mayo would bring an extra 5000 to 8000 .

If the weather is fine I hope to make off the terrace on Sunday. Does anyone know if they have a season ticket turnstile on the main terrace entrance? I've tended to go into the stand for the league games

I can't make it to the game as I'm working in Belfast that day. If anyone is passing Adare I can leave my season ticket for you at reception of the heritage centre on Thursday morning.

What are the chances of 6,500 season ticket holders' attendance being recorded correctly in Killarney? There could be trouble ahead!

Donegal tickets are up on the system. Section 303 here. Fairly poor.

Should we not be getting a €5 discount on tickets? Yesterday was €20 and next week is €25.

For future reference if necessary, when getting our season tickets scanned yesterday my son was ahead of me and got his card scanned by the young lady present. No problems, I held my card and she scanned it and said I was grand to go, she gave a strange look at the scanner and this made me realize that the beep that the scanner made when she did mine was not the same as previous. I asked her would she scan it again, she did and it gave a more convincing beep. My attendance was correctly recorded but I'm convinced that it wouldn't have been if I didn't ask to have it scanned a second time.
