Lads expect to win, but is it ok to be a bit nervous. 🙈

Lads has anyone heard the reason for Gavins omission yet ? Taking no chances with a slight calf injury seems to be the word. Thanks Pillar that's reassuring.

Lads expect to win, but is it ok to be a bit nervous. 🙈 The way Kerry's form is the past month its perfectly acceptable BTW any recommendations for a good pub to go to pre or post game in Portlaoise? Anytime I've been to O'Moore park before I've usually just gone to the ground and headed off straight after but might head a little early tomorrow to try and beat the traffic and have a wander around before throw in. Any ideas of the expected attendance either?

A win just by a point or two will do me. We are labouring hard this year on both sides of the line with a weak bench.I want Barry Dan to get more time tomorrow as I think he has an important part to play this year.

We need a good start here we are a better team than louth by a bit but the longer we leave them in it the more believe they will have. Hopefully we build up a 3 or 4 point lead and make them come out and play and have the game on our terms I think we will do it by 5 plus save travels to All

Forget about it. Kerry are gone. philly mcmahon has just printed on the paper 5 simple steps to beat Kerry so now we have no hope. He knows everything. Just saw the heading on my phone so did nt read full article. Hopefully the county managers don't read it or we doomed. Does his steps involve eye gouging and biting? I doubt Louth will stoop to Philthy's level.

Seeing all the crazy videos about the rain-bomb that's hit Tralee today I'm wondering is there a chance this game might not go ahead. Met Eireann predicting similar sorts of rain to hit the midlands tomorrow afternoon

Philly McMahon was on the BBC social podcast recently.
When directly asked if he regretted the eye gouge he said..
No, He would have regretted it if he had hurt him.. And he'd great time for Kieran given how he never complained after it.
Tells you everything you need to know about the man.

Safe journey to all attending tomorrow.
Met Éireann forecast for Portlaoise isn't too bad for tomorrow. But of rain round 14.00 but nothing major.
Looks like it'll be humid. Couple that with a defensive setup from Louth and it could be a fairly dull affair.
Obviously hoping for a win, don't think we'll have too many answers as to where we're at even after this game.
A home prelim 1/4 is the goal, or by some freak to top the table (doubt that'll happen)

He's been on co-comm duty during the live Ulster Championship games since Marty Clarke joined the Down management set up. Used love their coverage but he's a literal turn off.

Killarney is so special no other county has such a special place. Especially when you are living outside of Kerry. Travelling in by Train leaving Rathmore and coming into the Mountains.. Just special.

Was looking to bring myself and 2 young kids to the match but ticketmaster only offering terrace tickets. Is the stand sold out or is it general admission. I.e. buy a terrace ticket and you can still go the stand.

Very well planned as both Louth and Kerry teams passed me as I walked into the ground. Lovely afternoon, some threatening clouds but hopefully it stays dry. Big Kerry crowd in stand.. Come on the Kingdom

Talking of permutations, is there such a thing as a non triers rule in GAA – Mayo could try to have us knocked out by managing a draw with rebels. It will be interesting to see how they play if our game is tight with both 2pm KO. Knowing their luck varying extra times would scupper things!

I can't get to the game today for family reasons. I am open to correction in this, but I think this could be the first time ever in my life, that I am limited to radio coverage for Kerry playing a post Munster Final championship game. Even as a child I remember we got the Semi-Finals in black and white.
There is a serious debate to be had about who owns the GAA.

All over, looks like training must have been off, they’re motoring well today. Tougher opposition ahead, but good to get the confidence back into the team.

Listening to Timmy and Ambrose with the other game on the box. Cork tearing in to Mayo and making them look very ordinary, should be more than the point ahead. Any win for Cork now will win us the group, given the margin in Portlaoise. Cork will need to win by 3 points or more to pass out Mayo and send McStay's men on the road next week.

Would any radio station have the cork game? Probably be a better listen than the procession for the Kerry game
