Every goal chance we get, straight at Martin. Once one goes in he's confidence will be shot.

Great goal by BOB, cork shooting gone poor, Clifford (David) needs a big second half, extremely poor. Edit: I believe we outscored Cork 1-8 to 0-2 in that second quarter.

I think going for goals at the start was silly and knocked their confidence.
Paudie was the man when the * was hitting the fan....

Zero composure. There's pressure on our lads before this game. Looks like it's affecting them

So slopey and poor and it was our backs coming forward and Paidi Clifford that dragged us back into it.David quiet need to get on the ball more.

The water break came at the right time for Kerry!
1.02 from the fullback line.
BoB made a vital turnover when Cork were flying.
Jack Barry looks like form may be coming back but he is lucky he wasnt blackcarded.
Kerrys main man SOS up to his usual standard.
Foley left isolated too much when Cork were on top. I wouldnt be too hard on him.

Any reason given for starting Jack Barry? Our forwards seem to be well covered

Getting ugly... If you're from cork that is. Did we ever score 4 goals against cork in championship before?

Any reason given for starting Jack Barry? Our forwards seem to be well covered Jack Barry needed game time and is vital if Kerry are going to beat Dublin. PK looks like he will start Moran in every game. He was hardly going to drop Diarmuid OConnor

This is more like it. If we play the way we did against a better team my god we will be punished.
Happy Munster final lads enjoy 💚💛

Can only beat what's put in front of you but Cork football has really lost its way since 2010 win.
Don't think the Dubs will be losing sleep over either provincial winner today.
Have them well ahead of pack yet.

A unconvincing 22 point win if there ever was such a thing.
The thing that pleases me most is,
1 - In game management, Spotted a problem with Hurley on Foley and dealt with it.
2 - Didn't let a very poor first quarter impact the rest of the game
3 - For a one man team we kicked 4.21 without him and the majority from play.

Paudie Clifford outstanding, definitely man of the match. Beaglaoich, Moran and O’Shea excellent as well. Mike Breen also continues to impress. Very impressive after making a lot of mistakes due to Cork’s pressure in that first quarter. Clifford had his worst ever game for Kerry, strange one but that could be very bad news for our Ulster opponent.

I think that the changes before the start certainly unsettled Kerry. We had been playing a settled team and I can’t for the life of me understand the need to change things, unless, of course, injury forced our hands? The lack of any serious challenge to Kerry during league games and early championship games may have also been a factor. Either way, we won and won very well and it was great to see Kerry go for the jugular once they got their noses in front. David had an off day, it’s not easy for one so young to carry so much pressure every time he dons the green and gold jersey. His older brother was the stand out player on the pitch today and was very deserving of the man of the match award. Our tackling was of a very high quality, at times and the management team’s in game management was very good to be fair to them. Cork football has suffered many a setback since the glory days of the last noughties. Their underage teams are very high quality but it’s difficult for players to be dual purpose and hurling is the predominant sport in the county. On all known form Kerry would have been expected to flick them aside and they did as expected, not without learning a bit more about the road ahead, however. Well done to Mike Breen on safely navigating his first Munster final. He played with plenty of steel and style, something that is a requirement in the Kerry jersey. For me, goalkeeping is still an issue for us and may leave us vulnerable further down the line. We were sloppy at times for 20 minutes or so, however after that you couldn’t complain too much. As the Pope said above you can only beat what’s in front of you. If we keep progressing we have it in us to win Sam Maguire. It would be lovely to think most Kerry fans who want to go and watch the Semi final would be able to do so, however, under our current regime as opposed to government, we may have to make to with looking on at home and having to suffer more of the already insufferable Dessie Dolan analysis! We live in hope….

I was just thinking that Whosinmidfield. He'll never have as quiet a game again. I was very impressed with Davis Moran Today. Gave away one ball that cork scored from but, after that, he was very instrumental. We've beaten 3 good teams now by cricket scores. One of them might be up next. Onwards and upwards.

I didn't see the game, who did they switch onto Hurley? Foley picked him up at the start but in the lads defence there was an unreal space infront of him. Reminded me of poor Shane Enright on Andy Moran in 2017. Brian Begley seemed to drop into that space infront of him and kill the supply into him.

Fair play to Sean O'Leary. Wheelchair bound currently but present at the game today having injured both legs two weeks ago in a crash on his way home from the Semi-Final vs Tipp.
