There were at least two dirty digs by Tyrone players today. You would get that in an under 14 match True.

Firstly some game of emotions, Kerry were quite poor in the first half, we were very exposed to the long ball. It seemed we were playing in to Tyrone’s game plan, get ahead early and defend with everyone behind the ball. We were lucky to be down just 4 at half time. To turn it around and finally win by 3 was impressive. We stayed in the game for the full 76 minutes which will also help against the Dubs. This is a major stepping stone, to get to the All Ireland with half a chance at stopping the 5 in a row. There is no doubt that Dublin are far ahead of Kerry at the moment but it would have been sad if we couldn’t land a punch on Dublin this year,

Kerry beat Tyrone today - you would never think so listening to the Sunday Game pundits , the same ones that wrote Kerry off before the game.
What a load of *e.

Kerry have scored 2 or more goals in only 1 of the 6 championship games this year...the 2 against Meath. In the other 5 games, Kerry have exactly 1 goal in every game.

Kerry have conceded two goals in four games. There was an unmanned acre in front of Foley and Morley today in the second half after Kerry abandoned the sweeper attempt. Con and the Dubs would have raised a few green flags...

Donegal one could be argued as accidental,I thought today's card was needless enough,he made no attempt to tackle at all. Today was a textbook black. I can't recall the Donegal one. They said they will look at the Meath one. There was no Donegal one. The first one was v Galway. The other one was the Meath one. I am confident that one will be scrubbed. The TSG jury gave its verdict tonight. We know how influential they can be.

You can't beat Tyrone enough.
Anyone on the Hill today will know what I mean, it was sweet watching them leave having roared abuse at Kerry for 50 mins.
Some observations,
Foley on McShane was remenicent of Enright on Moran in 17 and i was standing in the same position and the flashbacks were real.
Murphy can't play sweeper, it was like playing with 14 as he was non existent and he hasn't the physique for it either.
We played on Tyrones terms for the first half and really needed half time to steady the ship.
Peter Keane has really shown himself to be an astute reader of the game. All the switches worked.
Tommy Walsh take a bow brilliant but please take a bag of balls and kick points for the next 3 weeks.
Look we are in a great place and we have really had a good year.
Up Kerry.

Up Kerry. and when the lamentable sweeper attempt was abandoned (my heart went out to Paul Murphy), there was this sort of space which Tyrone could not exploit. I don't know how Kerry can stop Dublin scoring a few goals

Well done lads. It wasn’t looking great at half time though. Far better team second half though.
We’re heading down to the Kingdom next week, so I’m looking forward to experiencing the build up and atmosphere around the place, ahead of the final.

We’re hanging Foley and Morley our to dry inside there.

The Sunday Game - shock horror - had good analysis of it. Murphy - whose fault I don't know - did not play nearly deep enough to be sweeper.

Delighted for everyone involved today, people seem to forget that we lost four big p!ayers last year, we lost Peter Crowley to injury. We have a young developing team, today's match and now the final will bring them on no end. All the training and drills in the world can't compare to match experience. If this is not to be our year,I have no doubt that it won't be long coming. To beat Tyrone today was so sweet, roll on September 1st.

I've decided I'm not going to worry about all the things I was worrying about on the drive home for a few days.
This young team and rookie management team have gotten to an All Ireland final after beating Mayo and Tyrone over the last few weeks.
We should maybe savour it for a couple of days before the review of today's game and trying to figure out how to beat the Dubs begins.

Stephen o'briens first black was against Galway in the league. What sort of idiot came up with the notion that fouls in one competition could be carried over to another? That's insane.

It’s not the black card in itself against Galway that’s the problem , it’s the yellow in the same game resulting in a sending off; black cards in the league do NOT count as the sin bin was in operation; cumulatively it’s the sending off vs Galway (1), the black vs Donegal (2) & today’s card (3) that’s the issue. Looking at the TSG tonight, the black vs Meath is not merited ; also, my opinion is that the yellow, given by Dublin Joe, vs Galway is not a card offence either but that’s only my opinion. This accumulation of cards has to go given the utter inconsistency of refereeing in relation to cards - how did Rory Brennan not go today on a straight red for his “tackle “ on Shane Ryan? Hopefully Stephen will be available for the final.

Not just that but the league was played under a different rule book - the experimental rules mean there were effectively two rule books in operation this year. Frank Murphy would have no difficulty getting this suspension thrown out. And for those saying O Brien was rash - let me remind you that we have bemoaned Declan O Sullivan not doing the same a few years ago.

When I saw it again there was q lot of grass in front of mcalliskey. Jesus though of all players to lose he would be in top 2 or three. Some lads really stood up there yesterday the talent we know they have but by God are they a resilient bunch too showed it twice now in croke park. I though beaglaoich was immense his best game for kerry serious pace. The best thing was our subs made a huge difference something we have needed for years Sherwood and Walsh especially but the use of white was more subtle in the first half we were very narrow which just played into tyrones hands white hugged the touchline and opened it up a bit. Once o brien went mad and kicked 1-1 to put us 4 up game was over Tyrone are limited so much by the way they play. Rather than driving on and trying to beat us out the gate they sat back to defend.this works against lesser teams but will not win them the big one I hope they keep harte for another 20 years

Our sweeper attempt yesterday was terrible. Dublin would have been 10 points up at halftime on our first half showing. Huge improvement for the second half. Jack Sherwood made a big difference when he came on. Tommy Walsh played well also. David Cliffords long range shooting was excellent and we’ll need that against Dublin and a few more willl have to shoot from distance like that for us to win.
Great to back in a final and you never know in a one off game.

Yes There was an unmanned acre in front of Foley and Morley. Neither Foley or Morley came to contest any ball kicked in to Tyrone forwards (McShane) They were a yard behind the forward. They were content to let forward win the ball and then defend This seems to be the modern way but we were caught out badly on a few occasioons.

Some of the Verbal abuse by some Tyrone fans was horrific especially when young children were nearby. I saw some parents cringing. After all it's a game and we come to support and enjoy our team, not to be subjected to vile abuse. Anyone else experience this?

that tackle on Shane Ryan was a disgrace, the GAA needs a rule on closeline tacklets, that was a red all day.
and the kick on clifford was another red.
