Don't think I saw it listed anywhere. Certainly wasn't announced as part of the management team when Fitz was given the 3 year deal last year. Like others have said. He seems to be a clever guy. I think Fitzy has been adding to the management team as the season has progressed - last I heard was that we have 17 in our back room team when you add in physios, medical, strength & conditioning etc - wonder is that what Weeshie Lynch was alluding to in the Indo this week when talking about the size of backroom teams &the associated costs? Unfortunately this is the modern game especially as regards S+C and fitness we are well behind in this facet i think

Pity he wasn't listened to in 2015. What was he saying in 2015? I'd have my own speculative thoughts on it but whatever he was saying on the line during the 2015 All-Ireland didn't appear to be met with agreement anyway.

I wonder will Adrian Spillane start. Looks to me like management really favour him.

A lot of names being put forward for starting against Clare - what is the injury situation? Some of the names being mentioned were hampered by injusry in recent times and its not clear to me who is actually fit and available.

I don't understand why they can't come out and let the public know who is on the main panel and the extended one. Other counties do it.

Because, as I think Fitzmaurice put it in the terrace talk interview, only our opinions matter. They've built a fortress against everyone, friend and foe!

Not saying you’re wrong but I can’t say I’ve seen the Dublin panel for example and I don’t think the Mayo panel was available before they played Galway.

A part of it too maybe that they are trying out so many new lads that there are a number of those fellas who are borderline to making the '30 man' panel.. I am sure the management want to keep their options and give these lads a chance for as long as they can. I am not saying it is right.. but it is easy to be asking for 'a panel'.. They may very well know their first 23 or 24 guys - I am guessing figuring out the next 6 or 10 that they want to keep in for the summer might be causing them to take their time.

Ah now Buck this is a thread about the Munster Championship..... thanks for that. Any reason why it's on the Saturday evening? Must be a first for a Final

I presume any player who plays county league this weekend won’t be involved next week so at least people will have an idea of the panel by the time this weekend is over

Cork and Mayo did anyway, unsure about the Dubs.

Clearly they haven't decided upon the final panel. To be fair we've always got updates on the panel (injuries etc) on the Kerry GAA website in the last few years.
I'd imagine it will have to be decided this week

I'd imagine it will have to be decided this week I would imagine it would be counter productive to name the panel until the last minute you would want everyone going 100pc with the belief that they have a chance of making/not making it

I would imagine that about 13 of the positions are relatively secured, going on League form and previous history. This would be the team that I would like to see take the field on Sunday:
Shane Murphy.
Brian O’Beaglaoich. Jason Foley. Ronan Shanahan. Paul Murphy. Peter Crowley. Tadgh Morley or Gavin White?
David Moran. Jack Barry.
Micheál Burns. Sean O’Shea. Stephen O’Brien or Kevin McCarthy. David Clifford. Paul Geaney. James O’Donoghue.
I rate Gavin White highly, but he may not be fit enough yet. He will develop into a first-rate defender as the year goes on.

By my reckoning (could be wrong)if you include Gavin White & Kevin McCarthy that would mean 9 making their 1st championship start and 8 making their championship debut. I can't see that happening. Morley & possibly Young in the backs, SoB in the forwards. That still leaves 5/6 debutants but who else with experience is there? Enright is injured, Kelly hardly likely to start in goals, Darren & Star might be off the bench?

He was injured for the all Ireland quarter and semi finals.

Can you get into the terrace with the season ticket next week does anybody know. The email says unreserved seating in the stand - if you go in the turnstile for the stand, couldnt you just walk around by the small pitch and onto the terrace that way?

They will let you out of the cage at the dressing room end through the gates to the terrace.
