I thought inter county players were not lining out for their clubs this weekend?

Anyone that predicts against ballyLongford will get it right , I was at the game the weekend and I must say they are very poor indeed they are way out of there depth in this Division(no disrespect to them or anyone) , Firies looking good with young lads really bedding in this year , it's early but they should go up. Cordal got a very good win away from home didn't expect this , there minors (with scart) are in Div1 so they should have few on senior team along with Sean og, Philip Connor, Donal Mccarthy veteran Micheal Cahill, they will take points off other teams too but can't see them going up. Fossa got a eye opener against Castlegregory in Round 2 and are back on winning ways again in league. With 3 Games Gone I predict Firies, Genegullia, Castlegregory to go up Bally Longford, Cromane,Renard to go Down

I thought inter county players were not lining out for their clubs this weekend? Went to watch filemore cordal game, cordal did enough to win in first half went in at half time 9pts up but were only ahead by 1 with 5 to go, philip o connor was on lethal form, mark griffin did not play, filemore picked up a lot of injuries in junior champnshp it could hinder there progress.

Philip O'Connor is a super player. Really exciting. If he had the time to commit could he have been a live prospect for Kerry ?
Fitz and Co.seemed very keen on him when he was involved.

Skellig seem to be really struggling with their league form for a team that performed well in championship. Were unbeaten in that only losing out to churchill by scoring difference. Thought they would have been in the mix for promotion

Thought they would have been in the mix for promotion The problem with Skellig is they think they are better than what they are I believe. They are in division 4 for a reason. A positive attitude and hard work will take you out of this division. Gneevguilla despite being relegated from intermediate are topping the table through hard work and effort. Skellig should take note instead of living on past glories

It seems to be very competitive

Looking like Gneevguilla will top the table with Fossa second and a winner takes all last round game between Tarbert and Firies that is of course Tarbert beat Beale which would send them to Division 5 for 2019. But if Beale beat Tarbert it will all come down to there last game v St.Michaels/Foilmore to see who goes to Division 5

If Beale win there last game v St.Michaels/Foilmore they will have a playoff with St.Michael/Foilmore to see who gets relegated with Renard needing a point in there last game v Castlegregory to be safe. Also if Tarbert beat Firies they will have a playoff with Firies to go to Division 3.

Champions: Gneeveguilla
Also promoted to Div 3 for 2019: Fossa, with a play-off needed for the final promotion spot between Firies and Tarbert.
Relegated to Div 5 for 2019: Ballylongford, Cromane and Beale.

Think Skellig have under achieved in this division - thought they would have been closer to going up than staving off relegation

Skellig are a shadow of the team they were a few years back, some of the older steady heads have gone.

Hopefully they have some young blood coming through as they need a clear out.

Cordal should have some decent players coming through, they’ve been operating at a high level at minor grade with last few years anyway.

Being a neutral and having had the pleasure of watching Scartaglin a few times this year I cannot see how they will not go straight to 3 considering the youth they have coming through and the rumored management team is very exciting (even if it's sure to add spice to the local derby).
