Season ticket holders should be credited with going if they arrived up. It's the least that should be done.

Having wasted a day and a tank of petrol yesterday I think I'll make do with Gary and Ambrose next Sunday. Hard to get the head around driving the guts of another 1000k to the same venue again so soon alright. It would be like Micko sending you out for the last segment of 14 laps having done segments of 8 - 10 & 12 laps with return goal post to goal post sprints in between each segment! He man, agree 100%, rare insight there, I never attended a training session of his nor heard real stuff, please please tell us more re Dwyers wires to wires - now what a thread that will be, and timely too what with the recent RTE programme.

One way or the other Jack Barry and team mates were destined to have game in Iniskeen. Some of them might have a second in 4 days
Semi-Final - Inniskeen 19:00 Ulster University v. University College Dublin
Semi-Final - St Loman's, Mullingar 19:00 N.U.I. Galway v Dublin Institute of Technology

I guess the Kerry midfield pairing would be freed up for Kerry on Sunday if UCD lose their semi final.

I had bought a ticket for last Sunday but I can't go this Sunday. Happy to donate it to a good home free of charge. Will have to send it via post.
PM me if interested.

When people knew the game was off at 11am why did they bother going to the ground (other than having their photo in the paper?)

carefully planned my season around the league and kept last weekend free. The coming weekend was supposed to be free so planned work for the weekend. Won't be able to travel again as a result.

Any thoughts on a revised team for the weekend? Will need a new midfield pairing but David Clifford, Sean O'Shea and Gavin Crowley might be available.
Would like to see: S. Murphy, Ronan Shanahan, Jason Foley, Shane Enright, Brian O'Beaglaoich, Andrew Barry, Gavin White (if available), Brendan O'Sullivan (don't think he'll make it at midfield but are stuck for options), AN Other, Stephen O'Brien, Daithi Casey, Adrian Spillane, Killian Spillane, Paul Geaney, Barry John Keane.
Andrew Barry could be worth a look midfield but neither provide a huge ball winning outlet so am hoping Maher or Moran are back for this otherwise we could be in real trouble around the middle third.
Want to see the likes of the Spillanes get a run and Daithi Casey as well. Do feel that the panel is building very nicely at the moment.

Did anyone who got to Inniskeen manage to get their hands on the match programme? Might be worth something in years to come.

As there isn't any word of Maher or Moran or Johnny Buckley being ready for play, who, besides Brendan O Sullivan, would be an option for midfield?

I don't think Clifford or Crowley will be available this weekend. I don't know re Sean O'Shea. Obviously add Barry and Jack to that but there still looks to be plenty of options there.
Moran is back in contention, Andrew Barry can move to midfield, Greg Horan could be worth a look there and Brendan Sullivan looks the obvious one to come in. Add Eanna and perhaps even Adrian Spillane as further options for management. I imagine they will go for Moran.

Think it will be really tough get a result above on sunday. Just hop we dont get anymore injuries. What would people think of Barry sull being used as a wing forward once Moran comes back? I feel we need a bit more height there as SOB and Burns are lacking in that aspect.

I think Barry o Sullivans footpassing ability is first class and the more he gets on the ball the better so i would see him as a midfielder.

Cormac Coffey and Mathew Flaherty also going to be unavailable on Sunday. Played in Trench Cup semi final today and won so final is on tomorrow.

I think Barry Sull has no chance of ever being an inter county wing forward in the modern game. I dont think he will be in the 26 come summer either as a midfielder. He is a winter footballer where soft boggy pitches hide his distinct lack of pace. Would be left for dead in Croke park in August / September, just like Johnny Buckley.
