Just after hearing the draws for the next round of championship and noticed that teams with county players have their matches the following week. With this then all other clubs must field next weekend, same weekend as the NFL final. It must be very anoying for those players not being able to make a weekend in Dublin to support kerry, just because there isn't a county player involved.. Would it not make more sense just playing them all the weekend after the NFL final?

I disagree,Regular games for the club player is needed and in the event of draws etc.having another week is vital. There is plenty opportunity to head off for Dublin after the game or on Sunday morning.

Granted club games are needed but the likelihood of draws has nothing to do with it, especially when games are being played the following week that could too draw.. And I doubt there's plenty time to head Saturday if games are at 6.30 like suggested. They wouldn't finish until 8 which would mean 11 landing in Dublin. Which if you ask me defies the whole purpose of heading up to enjoy the Saturday for fellas who don't like traveling up and down the same day.. God help anybody from sneem/Derrynane or listry who had hopes of traveling for example..

I see sneem/Derrynane as the remote club in that draw.. If any supporter were to travel they would have a journey ahead of a journey late in the evening.. I just think that all games could be played the following weekend, not just when there's county players involved.

Do you not think it would be a bit much to call off 12 games affecting nearly 600 players because a handful of lads from Listry want to go on the booze in Dublin? This weekend has been earmarked since the start of the year as a club championship weekend so there can't be any complaints.

Listry should win this handily enough from here though they will be disappointed they are not in the junior championship last 8 as it was formerly known

I'm not convinced by Listry to be honest. They finally won the Novice at the 5th attempt two years ago but lost out to div 4 side Firies last year and then Moyvane beat them at home this year. Seems to be a soft underbelly here and you'd wonder if the same determination is there to win the Junior now that they are out of the Premier Junior.....

Listry are a good team but have a soft side to them come championship . Fossa are a good thing ere they gave Dromid a right fright down in Dromid and we see Wat Dromid did to st Seanans in mount coal , Cordal r a poor relation to side they were few years back a lot of strong players gone ( Eamon John, Brossnan and No Cahills in there backs now) Beale will be there about s if they can keep there players around for the summer and Scartaglin will also b tough to beat,, but I think it's fossa s to lose

Looks like Listry and Fossa in the final for me, that will be some game. Listry to win it out beating Fossa by 5pts in the final (I know probably wishful thinking).

Shocked to hear listry beaten by beale wasn't at game as was at County championship, any reports, on one hand great for listry to maintain there division 2 status last weekend but with due respect to beale, awful result for listry

I fancy Beale for this. Big win today which will bring them on a lot.
