St. kierans beat Shannon rangers 0-13 0-9 K. Brennan was good at full forward No Reidy nd Daniel O Shea played very well at midfield buckley is an awful loss to them! I think South kerry beat west kerry by a goal aswel in lispole any one else at these games? ?

East kerry were minor champions 3 years ago,id fancy them to win it out if they put in the right preparation.Who's in charge of them this year? If you look at last years competition,Brendans put in the most work and won it out. Sean counihan is training them. wouldnt fancy them after seeing only four players training on tuesday night. counihan is also a waste of space

Brendans are playing east kerry next thursday and have a good bit of work down with 4 or 5 challenge games played. Missing david culloty who is in New York though.

County Under 21 Football Championship Final South Kerry v St. Kieran's 1.15 p.m.
Final this Sunday in killorglan: Should be a good double bill there.
Any team news/ injuries etc? Will Killian Young be playing for South Kerry?

will it be the last u21 final ever if the gentlemen in croker get their way,
its laughable really, club players on average playing 2 u21 games a year and county players playing on average 2 co.u21 games a year results in massive burn out of underage players.
thats a bizare deduction, the laois under 21 manager totally refutes this idea in to days press,he said its only putting ideas in players heads.

One of the south kerry players told me its back on tommorow night. This is becoming a bit of a joke, what will happen now is that it will take place and half the county wont realise till they read the kerryman next wednesday!

And i bet Currow only have 3-4 players max on Kierans team? Could easily have been played friday night.

currow have 6 player involved in the kierans team , the reason its not played is on friday night is most of the kierans team are in college and would'nt be down in time for the match which i can understand ..

Its gone to some joke this competition should have being maximised to the most i.e. This is a grade for players to make an impression on county minor and u21 teams

This really should have been played on during the summer. Its a bit of a farce scheduling and rescheduling the game and not good for the players involved.

well game was eventually played. South Kerry running out winners by 3 points. 1-13 to 2-07, poor enough game overall with south kerry deserving there victory.
