First game of the Championship is free by the way So about 3,000 of the 9,000 won't be paying for a ticket. No wonder the Munster council were dragging their heels! Season tickets were €150, I wouldn't exactly say they were free. I'm sure the Munster Council will get the costs from the GAA back |

Is 9000 capacity for PUR ? Prior to the remedial works. The Examiner reported that they were hoping for 11,200 if the remedial works got completed in time. |

I'm sure the Munster Council will get the costs from the GAA back I don't know how these things work but I'm assuming that Gaa HQ sell the season tickets @ €150, but the provincial councils take the money from ticket sales outside of any tickets issued as a condition of the season ticket. Assuming an attendance of 20.000 in Killarney, 17,000 adults and 3,000 kids, The Munster council are out of pocket in the region I would estimate of about €210,000. There is no way in the wide earthly world that the Gaa will compensate the Munster council for this loss of income. |

The Munster Final tickets should now be available. 40 for stand, 30 for terrace. By contrast it's 35 stand and 25 terrace in Connacht and Leinster. I can't find the price of Ulster yet. A bit steep

A bit steep Agreed, out of the 4 provincial finals this would be the least attractive. I can't see how it's the most expensive. I take it that its the provincial councils rather than the GAA that set the prices. |

Anyone getting an “Application Error” message when they try to buy the tickets?
The cost has gone up, the quality is nowhere near what it was before when using the season tickets.
Why do they ask for the card number and address every single time. Why can’t the address and card details be saved like on every other site I use?
The quality of the tickets is generally an issue in Killarney as well so hopefully whatever the issue is can be resolved while some tickets are available in Section C.

Given the sacrifices the people made over the last 3 years along with the high level of compliance with the guidelines it would have been a nice gesture to let OAPs and Kids into all games for free and to reduce prices generally.
This is a community organisation and this year of all years that should mean something.

Ticketmaster don't get an allocation for the finals, usually done through clubs so I'd imagine not. My guess is we'll have no choice in where we sit. |
