A word of warning for all Season Ticket holder. I logged into my account today to print off ticket for Sunday and checked my attendance record for the year and it is totally incorrect. I'd advise you to check your accounts ASAP.

My attendance shows as 30% whereas I attended 9 games so far.
Also I got an email for a print at home ticket for Sunday but nothing is there.
Sent them an email and I know they will sort it out but it is a bit rubbish.

Missed the Down game and the Mayo semi final only.

Following the last few posts I checked mine and it says it is 4/10 when its been 8/9 so far. I find it very strange they f*cked up ,y attendance for the two croke park games this year. What sort of system are they running?

I emailed them today and they replied saying that they were in the process of updating the attendance records. You full attendance records should be up to date later this week or next week.

It doesnt matter until we are looking for our AI Final tickets. I am sure they will have it up to date by then. I get the impression that they are actually punching in the details manually from spreadsheets

Sully, we know it doesn't matter unless we are lucky enough to make the final but they made a song and dance about the new and improved account this year. Surely it couldn't be a big job to record attendance after each game. Better to sort it now anyway instead of panicking week before All-Ireland if we get that far. |

We have 3 tickets in the house. I've just checked the attendance.
5/10 4/10 and 3/10. We were at all the 9 matches. Hopefully all will be updated and corrected soon.

I still haven't received my ticket on my online account. Anyone has a problem with the ticket for Sunday's game?
I keep sending them emails and they are working on it apparently but I'm getting really anxious.
My seat in simple Stadium was about 15 rows behind most other ticket holders (row BB) and I'm getting quite annoyed with them. Somehow ended up on the second tier at final last year as well.

do you need to give the go ahead for payment or does it come out automatically? i opted out of the cork game so first time paying for a championship match - not clear on the website if u ask me....

You have one opt-out to use so payment was automatically taken from your account last night, but we pay a fiver less. |
