listowel will more than likely finish third and therefore play in the quarter final game against second in the other group.
strange for duagh and listowel to be playing two days before start of county league. the first three games of county league determine what you will be doing for rest of whether it be fighting relegation or in the hunt for promotion

It was a draw.
Ballyduff through to s/f Ballylongford and Desmonds through to Q/F in section B
In section A Beale and Tarbert are through whoever wins between them this weekend will go to s/f the other to q/f Brosna will probably join them.

Beale were ruthless in their game against Tarbert 2-10 to 1-3. Should be between Bduff and Beale this year.

tarbert and bally will make semis. then i guess its an open draw with beale and ballyduff. to be honest its very open. cant see desmonds or brosna getting anywhere though. I also doubt Tarbert had a strong team out v Beale as they are usually very evenly matched.

ya tarbert were missing 7 of their first team against beale last weeknd....was at the match and tarbert had some players i didnt even recognise...not taking away from beale as they looked quiet good.think the county league and junior championship games will be titanic matches between these 2....think Ballyduff will edge the NK league if they get all their players back and think Tarbert would be my next favourites

quarter final brosna 0-17 - ballylongford 0-4.
bally put up no resistance to a fine display from brosna, were up 9 to 0 at half time & kicked another 8 points against the wind, with only 4 of the total coming from placed balls. a truly pathethic display by bally

didn't see that result coming, not by that score. Brosna kicking 17pts, bally must have been crap

Exactly what I meant banner. The other result, Tarbert 2-17 Castleisland 3-09. Looking like a repeat of last years final.

went along to watch the tarbert desmonds game last sat eve.....brilliant game and both teams were near full strength from wat i could see....1 or 2 players missin on both teams.....tarbeert were the better team on the night and could have won by a massive scoreline only that tarbert conceded 2 dreadful goals in first half....beale will reach final as the will account for Brosna and it will be a toss up between ballyduff and tarbert.... Beale v Tarbert final

tarbert v brosna final

i also think it will be a tarbert/brosna final. Tarbert are flying, cannot believe they scored 2-17 in 60mins. Bally! terrible. But in saying that take nothing away from Brosna,i think they could beat Beale. As ye should all know Brosna have 3/4 top forwards who would make any team in n.kerry. Great to see a team like Tarbert getting the rewards for what they are putting in.4good semi finalists though.

jesus lads cant see brosna beating beale....if beale keep young McGoldrick quiet then i cant see where brosna will get there scores from...but i suppose stranger things have happened...ya Expert05 tarbert kicking 2-17 against a Near full strength Desmonds was a great return amd from what i heard about 2-13 of that was from play...Patsy Skin must be doing something right with them....

there is no way brosna will get to this final they just dont have the players. beale are man for man the best team left. its just can they do. maybe ballyduff could be a bit better but not by much. if beale win it will be their third final in a row that would be some achievement

Id say Beale will take it handy enough. To be fair they have some quality players. I think so anyway!

Don't be surprised if Tarbert/Ballyduff goes to a replay. Brosna will give Beale a good game no doubt. Patsy Skin is one hell of a manager. In all fairness i used have no respect for Tarbert before, when they were the biggest waste of talent in Kerry, but now they are on their way up(div2 c.lge nxt yr maybe).
