Anyone know much about the opposition for the minors? Are Donegal up to much? Without being too presumtious if both minors & seniors win it does make the whole ticket shamozzle a bit easier.

Unbelievably tight at the back, the scores they've conceded have been near nothin, hopefully the northern forwards wre jst poor compared to paddy, jamie and co

minors are always hard to predict at this stage. i'll go for a meath kerry final. Colm O Rourkes son is supposedly a gem of a player at centre forward for meath.

Did Colm O'Rourke and Ogie / John Kennedy / Sean Walsh ever cross paths?

Would Ogie and Colm O'Rourke have been in UCD in the Eugene McGee era??
Other than that theres the obvious 1986 Kerry Meath Semi final.

Kerry would want to improve a lot from the Mayo game if they are to win this one. While the backs played very well that day they struggled for long periods at midfield and up front. I'd fear for our midfield in a big pitch like Croke Park as mobility isnt their main strenght. That said if they can get good ball into the likes of Curran, Doolan & Sayers the space should suit them. Hopefully the occasion wont get to them and they play to their full ability.

Setanta showed the Meath V Offaly Leinster Semi Final the other day. O Rourke looked good, kicked one monster of a point. I think it was off his left foot.

Caught Donegal re-run on Setanta recently and they looked really strong. Strong minor teams win games. Kerry watch out.

the donegal team is very highly rated up north, have a few friends from up there who say they are un beatable. they also have been told that the kerry team is very poor, so they are expecting a handy win. will take some performance from kerry to pull this one off.

Best Wishes to the minor team players and managment for Sunday.I think they have a good team and they are playing well together. Young Walsh is a joy to watch.Alot of serious talent on that squad and hope they play as well as they did in the Munster Final. A special mention to Shane Enright from Tarbert.

A good few changes to the last day, in the forward line most notibly. Kennedy in the corner with O'Shea on the 40. Doolin & Buckley miss out.

Kerry should take them handy enough.
The Donegal boys aren't the best from what i've seen of them so far this year.

We could badly do with a win Sunday in the minors. We haven't won a minor All Ireland since 94. Far too long.

Best of luck to the minors on Sunday, the big pitch should suit most of the team and I just hope that the occasion dont get to them and that they do themselves justice. If thats enough for the win then great, if its not we cant have any complaints.

hearing alot of talk about this donegal team. how can i ask are they "unbeatable" when they were taken to extra time by offaly before only beating them by a point in the end!! think kerry by a couple of points if they can find any kind of form in the forwards.
