Barry Mahoney will walk onto the Shannon Rangers team if he can regain the form he had before his injury last year. Brendan Browne is not only acert for the U21 team but also should get on the rangers seniors. He didn't give Paddy Curran a kick in last years minor championship and did likewise against David Murphy against Legion last week. He is playing unreal stuff this year.

South Kerry wont walk it any team could knock each other out there are 5 or 6 teams who have a good chance of winning it. The rest of the teams in it might not win it but could cause a shock or two along the way! Eg. Bring South Kerry up to Clounmacon on a wet evening in a tight pitch v Feale Rangers and we will see how they get on!

South Kerry and East Kerry certainly look like they have the names on paper to win it. However will all the big guns turn out for the early rounds? If they do then the fact that their players are playing at such a high level (county senior, u21, minor and high up the county leagues) will surely see them through. The only hope of an upset if is as Black says above: Draw Feale Rangers away on a dirty evening and Sheehan, Curran and a few more decide to develop instant hamstrings!

I agree with Fat Tom and Wonka I wouldn't rule out a club team to have success in this chapionship namely Crokes and Dingle. Club teams are more spirited when push comes to shove!

Should provide a mouth watering championship then!! I wouldn't be that down beat about it though. There might be no players left in South Kerry with the state of the fields down there!!

im suprised that no body is thinking that rahillys will make a mark at this age group, they have great players that are under 21 this year and should make a good impact this year!
