Do not know if anyone has picked up on this yet but has anyone noticed anything strange about the all ireland football championships this year....
Senior: Kerry Mayo
Junior: Kerry Rosscommon
Under 21: Cork Mayo
Minor: Kerry Rosscommon
Incredible domination for what are considered to be the two weaker provinces!

The Junior wasn't very significant seeing that Ulster teams don't enter it thus giving the Connaught champions virtually a free pass into the final. At the 1/4 final stages most people were predicting Meath v Donegal in the minors and Armagh v Dublin in the seniors. Tyrone seniors and U21s are Ulster's best bet to break that duopoly next year.

By the way I do not mean any disrespect to the Murphy Cup....excellent competition (however, it can only be the equivilent to a "shield"/"plate" senior championship title..
It's a good trivia question I think - What was the last time there failed to be a representative of Leinster/Ulster in any of the Mens football All irelands...

Is it not just for the teams that play 2 to 3 games? Not sure

i cant imagine the tyrone players would want to be bothered after the 5 or 6 years they've had on the road.
