Mick Galwey and Bomber Liston are on the show this Wednesday night. Thomas Kane interviewed them in a report compiled at the weekend in the Kingdom. John O'Mahony is the special guest, and there's Liam McHale, John Ford from the 1951 Mayo team, Dara O'Cinneide and a quiz on an old Down-Kerry game. 9.00pm on Wed night on BBC2, NOT REPEATED this week on Thursday. Cheers, Jerome

derry city were playing tonight so it wasn't shown. to be honest the guys doing the soccer would probably know more about the final than the likes of McHugh so we're not missing much!

BBC All Ireland Preview - Saturday, September 16th at 6.30pm on BBC2. 2005 All Ireland hero Owen Mulligan will be the special guest on Saturday's All Ireland programme previewing this year's final. Mugsy will join Jarlath Burn and Martin McHugh on the sofa to look back twelve months and to look ahead to Kerry v Mayo. Also on the show, 1951 Mayo corner-back John Ford talks to Mark Sidebottom about his memories, his prediction for the match and for the celebrations if Mayo win. "Good luck to them if they think they will keep fans off the pitch!" In Kerry, Thomas Kane catches up with Mick Galwey parading the Heineken Cup and gets the verdict of Eoin Bomber Liston on Kieran Donaghy and talks to 2004 Kerry captain Dara O'Cinneide.

Just wondering if the program would have been put off like this if a northern team was involved. And Jarlath Burns has the neck to give out about the 'Southern Meeja '(media)

Riocht, we have always been told that we take criticism badly and are overly sensitive when when pundits have anything uncomplementary to say about 'Ulster football' (which we don't have to wait too long for).I have noticed that Kerry people are just as,if not even more touchy than us,as evidenced by the reaction to certain criticisms this year! Finally, you have confused arrogance with confidence,a comodity we we didn't bring to Dublin in significant quantities until recent years!!!!!!
