Came across this brilliant book the other day, 350euro was price. Fr. Tom Looney wrote a biography on Dick Fitzgerald about 8-9 years ago called 'King in a kingdom of Kings'. In it he reproduced the text of Dick's Book.

Any recommendations for any other hosting sites that allow this.

Its seems to be just the photos on photobucket that can't be viewed. It seems the account needs to be updated to enable third party hosting. Did you try to do that?
