John Kelleher will probably go midfield then Judging from a few of St Brendans games I've watched last year , John is a very promising footballer, wing back is also a very realistic position of him

I see where Luke Crowley is training with the Kerry Senior hurlers. Seems a bit of a stretch by them bringing him in. Tomás can’t be too happy with it anyway.

That challenge game against Listowel was actually played in Killarney, sorry i don`t have details of individual player participation.

Probably won’t play u20 hurling I’d imagine.

Word is tyrone hammered Kerry in a challenge game a few weeks ago loads of players in the squad way off the pace Tomas will need to freshen up the panel as it is highly unlikely Kerry will challenge for all iteland honours with the current squad .Munster u20 titles no longer of value Kerry really need to be winning all Ireland’s to provide the next generation of Kerry senior players and indeed for Tomas himself to be a creditable option to replace Jack.it is early in the year so all is not lost yet .

would Kerry really be playing Tyrone in challenges? would have though the distance involved would suggest no.
Meath, Galway, Laois, Kildare etc seem to be the teams we normally play in challenges.

Any idea of the 15 they had out in that game? From what I’ve heard they have lost 2 or 3 other challenge games as well.

If we don’t win the All Ireland this year I can’t see JOC leading us into next year. Options are sparse really, no huge stand out.

Someone like Jerome Stack would be well ahead of them. Had actually never thought of Stack, interesting option. Tomás would have to win the u20 All Ireland to be considered. Unfair to say Quirke is miles off it, he has way more experience than Fitzmaurice had when he got it. He’s the most obvious choice to come in but Jack leaving on a high would really help his case not be coming in as manager as a losing selector/coach.
