I assume the home and away arrangement applies to any championship meetings, not just to Munster Finals. We played them in Tralee the last day so Cork this time?

If that’s the case, then Cork are going to have every Munster minor final both teams qualify for as the pattern from this year will continue. It should really be whoever wins the round robin game between the 2 gets home advantage for the final, to put something on the line for that game.

A proverbial banana skin if ever there was one tonight. Cork can't be as poor again and it might be hard for 16 and 17 year old kids not to be complacent only 3 weeks after an easy win in the last game.

Cork can't be as poor again and it might be hard for 16 and 17 year old kids not to be complacent only 3 weeks after an easy win in the last game. Cork did not score from play in over an hour of football in Tralee, yet they looked really sharp v Tipperary but only after the first 10/15 minutes, up to that point they were dodgy enough looking aswell. Look to me like a team that are fearful, overcoached, their own individuality made not welcome. We'd have to collapse for Cork to win.

Cork appear to have a very strong full forward line. They have moved young Hayes in there from the forty where he was very impressive the last night. Apparently their new centre forward from Ballyvourney is a good player . Only came on as a sub the last night.
I am pleased young Ashe is getting a chance . He made a huge impression when coming as a sub in the first game. Disappointing that some of the injured players are not back.
Will need to mangage their full forward line to repeat the win.
I was hoping to travel but unable to make it now.

Not looking good, running into walls of red and constantly getting turned over, like the U20's against Tyrone three weeks ago.

Dissapointing so far. Too many passes going astray and balls stripped in the tackle. Finding it hard to hit full forward line.

Costello needs to make changes now at half time, both in personnel and tactics. I still think they can turn it around if the right switches are made. We’ll see now whether Costello is the man that should be there or not.

What a disaster this is turning into, how can you go from being 14 points better to trailing by 7. Now down a man too!

Awful, awful wides in contrast the Cork lads are kicking fine scores, often from long range.
Can't get over how Cork have managed to turn this around by 20 points!!

Well that's it, goodnight Irene..
12 points up after losing by 14, incredible and depressing in equal measure.
I know they're only minors but bloody hell!!

Ouch, well trimmed, our shot section is bordering on criminal.
There is a back door/quarter final ya?

10 days to prepare for Tyrone. Tough task after this performance. Hope they can get it together for it. I think they may have been over confident going into this one.

Extra game would have brought Cork on as well. Can’t beat playing games. Football should have a round robin like hurling at this level even if a few trimming are handed out. Missed the start of the second half, what was the red card for?

Cork were too bad to be true 3 weeks ago - they got the run on us in the first half & their goal was fortuitous- thought we still had a chance 1-10 to 0-07 when we kicked a score able free wide but the red card cost us - similar incident involving the Cork midfielder went unpunished but we gave ourselves a mountain to climb. The back door & Tyrone beckons!
