Tomás Sé's point was ridiculous. Magnificent run and point. Delighted that O'Brien got the last laugh on that pup Kerin with the dispossession. O'Sé laid on the next one for O'Sullivan too. Some substitution. Keane seems to have the knack when it comes to making changes.

Disappointed with Shane Ryan to be honest. Directly contributed to 1-1. Was lucky to get away with punching a ball against dubs as well. It wasn't even the punch just the recklessness of where it went. Agree, but let's be patient and remember it's Shane's debut season and he looks every inch a rookie trying to impress. Mistakes will happen but let's see if he can learn and his kicking is very good. Peter K & Co will let him know all about it but the position is his now until the end of league and evaluate then.

Great win again..with 2 home games to come a place in the League final is in the offing.Looking at Dublin remaining fixtures I wouldn't bet against them making it as well.Have to be very pleased with Kerry's progress so far when you think some pundits and opinions thought survival in Div 1 would be an achievement.

Super stuff again from our lads today, no panic stations when Galway went ahead. No disrespect to last years management but there’s no way we’d be winning these games 12 months ago, fair enough a few fellows needed the extra year to come in but I doubt they’d be played as much as the current management are giving them. Add the Crokes boys to the mix & things are really looking promising. Ciarriai Abu!!

Thought Mark Griffin did well. Nothing fancy just provided some ballast around the middle and was able to track the runners with his pace. Paul Murphy was very good and was everywhere picking up breaks. Galway dropping off left him free a lot of the time.
I don't agree with the previous poster. Stephen O'Brien deserved the black. There was no need to get involved. And there cant be a ore deliberate attempt to drag down an opponent than grabbing him in an headlock and pulling him down. Pace is key now. When we turn over the ball we are like a pack of vultures circling a carcass looking to ferry the ball to the opposite end of the pitch to get a score.
Really impressed with Sherwood today

Really impressed with Sherwood today Re O'Brien it was closer to a red than a black. The black is for cynical play not dangerous play. We must point out Tomás Sé took a fair few steps after the last attempt at discomoding him.

I think the team Galway brought to Tralee last year was stronger the Ga;way team today.

Agree re Stephen O’Brien, probably a sensible card from joe. Didn’t think this Galway team had the pace from last spring especially in the half forward line. Great result, especially the manner of it.

Tomás Sé's point was ridiculous. We thought he was running for a try in the corner, got a rub of the green from the ref in that play. Having not watched the game back I won't go into too many specifics. Shane Ryan will be disappointed alright but its only his 4th game at this level I suppose. Peter Crowley put in another good display at the back and seems to have been reinvigorated by the arrival of Peter Keane. Showing great leadership. I think it was about the 50th minute before we won a break in the middle of the field which is something we need to work on. Tommy Walsh tried his heart out even though he looked knackered from early on. Caught a few vital balls when we needed him. Dara Moynihan continues to impress. I think Steven O Brien has been really good in the league so far. He played a different role today, a traditional corner forward role, and was probably the difference in the end. Great support evident again today. Half the crowd were from Kerry.

He tried it on with Tommy at one stage, which just makes him a stupid f*cker to boot.

He caught a player by the neck area and threw him to the ground. No complaints if it was red in my opinion.

Jesus tomais Sé was very lucky not to be pulled for steps, I close my eyes when he solos because god know where it’s going to go but nevertheless great introduction today, He’s fast he reminds me of a player that use to play for annascaul JP McCarthy a fella who for year got overlooked very pacy player but lacked the touch for a solo but then again need to see more of him to see what he’s like.

Anyone who remembers cluxtons first few years he made plenty of mistakes too.

Moynihan looks like an All Star in waiting. An absolutely amazing start to his Kerry career. Stephen O'Brien looks like he's gone up a level as well.

The remaining 3 games are more than winnable, Have Kerry ever had a 100% record in a league before ? A league final would be another school day for our players against all likelihood Dublin. It would be far more beneficial than anything Munster will offer us.

Ive no doubt but lets be honest, We are at home, Lads are on a roll, Monaghan were very poor last night, I think Kerry could win these games.

if we are in the final, i hope its not Dublin anyway but they will probably end on 10 points now. if we beat mayo, then that could cause them problems. Playing Dublin in league would give us the greatest learning experience even if we got beat it wouldnt ruin our confidence so I dont really see a down side to it . In other words nothing to lose . Beating Dublin in league final could do more harm than good for our fast track development. As we might rest on our laurels a bit eg Irish rubgy team seem to have lost some hunger after beating the All black s November. Some poster here made the good point that Steven O Briens Brilliance today may have something to do with the fact that he played further up the field today than normal and played more like an orthodox corner forward . Some threat when playing that close to goal serious strength now and speed on the turn with low center of gravity let s keep him there but less of the theatrics steven will meet worse than Eoin Kerin this year. But Kerin nearly got Tommy a card too dangerous player can we get refs to penalize this blight ?? Isnt Constant taunting a black card and constant hits off the ball Paddy Tally s mark is still evident in one of the meanest teams playing football today

I thought micheal geaney had a massive impact when he came on in the second half . All the new players continue to impress, is Paul geaney injured or dropped for a loss of form ?
