Dingle will be rightly disappointed, they started brightly but in common with some other clubs versus Crokes they had serious problems in the first half on their own kickouts , with Crokes in a crucial period of the game winning a high % of them, while at the same time Crokes throughout the game ( even when down a man) were able to secure a high % of possession off their own kickouts. Do other Kerry clubs show Crokes attacking threat too much respect ? Did Nemo show the way how to play Crokes last Nov? I don't think that Nemo game is very relevant, Crokes didn't show up for whatever reason. Nemo subsequently were shown up in the final on Paddys Day.

Good win for us. The ref was terrible for both teams. The players in the County deserve better Refs in fairness. Crokes just didn't perform against nemo. I think we have better players than Nemo and a better team but on the day they played better. Nemo rely on a lot on Luke Connolly and they were shown up by Corofin.
Corofin are a very good side but I think Crokes on their day are up their with them. Dingle are a coming team. They are very young. This final will stand to them and they will be back.
Crokes have been lucky in that every year. We have been able to add 1 or 2 very god minor players from the year before. This year Mike Potts and Jack Griffin have come in. Crokes also have a good minor team this year and a good u16 team so I don't see it stopping soon.
Another reason I think Crokes stay on top is their squad. They have a very strong bench. Players like Jordan Kiely David Naughton players who would get on a lot of clubs. Billy Courtney is another. Pat O'Shea has a lot of good players to choose from. I don't think Dingle O'Rahilly's Rathmore etc although very good don't have that pick right now.
Crokes are still beatable. They are not the perfect team. They still have bad days. It is hard however to see them being beaten. It is true to say though that they have been on the road a while now. It helps them that they can rotate players in the league. If crokes are to be beaten it will take a good backline to stop them. Cause they have the forwards to put up big scores.

Important that a number of other clubs in the county step up and seriously challenge Crokes. Agree with you it is incredible to have the quality of player such as Jordan Kiely on the bench (must be tough on him). I think once opposing teams device clear plans to ensure close to parity in the possession stakes then we may see their dominance challenged later in the year, Dingle and before them Stacks were found wanting in this regard ( may be easier said than done ).
