To be fair clubs were informed quite a while ago that this change would happen should kerry be knocked out early That may be the case but it is not treating the players fairly as they are in the position of being unable to make plans. In this years case the SF replay meant R11 was played on an unlikely weekend as if Kerry lost the SF first day out it would have been played a week earlier. Makes planning impossible for the "ordinary" club player which only re-enforces my point on a definite fixture list that is stuck with. Yeah fair point re the replay

It shows clearly the strength of club football in and around Killarney and East Kerry right now compared with say North Kerry.

Crokes back in the zone, 2-13 to 1-10. They will be kicking themselves they took their eye off the ball for the Nemo game!

Nemo hit 3.18 against a high quality UCC team and were impressive in the Cork final. I doubt very much that Crokes underestimated them. Crokes were hit by a rampant side and too many of the crokes players were beaten by their own man. A bit like the reigning champs Kerry getting eviscerated by Meath in 2001.

One eye on the holiday one eye on February. They wouldnt have gone to New York if they had beaten Nemo. Crokes had an off-day. It happens.
