Hi I wanted to ask as a Committee member of a GAA club, I take it we can (where deemed necessary, and in extreme cases) send a written warning to a former member of our club given that this person when as a member was already advised their conduct should it continue, would not be tolerated.
In short do club committees have the right to reprimand non-members where deemed necessary?
Thanks in advance for any wisdom.

I would think that a club has no possible sanctions that can be applied to a former member other than exclusion from club functions and events. For serious offences clubs have, as has everyone else, recourse to the law of the land.
