Fair to say we mighn't be the most prolific county when it comes to writing songs for All-Irelands. In fairness, that could have a lot to do with being in them for year on year a while ago!! Its difficult to come up with new ones every year!! Saw this one from Moyderwell school in Tralee, fair dues to them. Hope others post other songs here!!

Any of them available on iTunes or any other way? Living across the border it is not easy to find the songs around.

Was thinking about this last week, came across this page on the terrace talk website, great find of songs composed over the last few years. Memories and nostalgia abound! www.terracetalk.com/downloads/Kerry-Songs

All Ireland Final Day......A grand day out
Put down the pan, my dacent man, and fill it to the top With rashers eggs and sausages.. we'll ate, hungry or not
Pull out the van, my dacent man, and fill her to the top The tractor diesel will be grand, Ah sure we wont be stopped
Put on them pints ,my dacent man and fill em to the top You never failed to nourish us, all times we made a stop
We're halfway there and in good time, well have a couple more We'll need the fuel to roar em on ,whenever Kerry score
Pull in the van, my dacent man we'll park in Joxers yard The safest place in Dublin town, for fear we'd meet a guard
Oh mother o God, we’re bate, we’re bate, a goal by Donegal And only a few minutes left, We'll pray- God help us all
A prayer my arse, dont mind that stuff, you're talking bloody quare We'll ask no help from Him above, we'll bate em fair and square
Pull out the van,my dacent man , Croke Park now slan go foil I knew we had em bate my man, when Jamesie stuck that goal
Park up the van, my dacent man, for now we're nearly home We'll drink a pint or two tonight, another job well done
