I'd like to see the free count.
For the past number of years other teams seem to get frees very easily off us - Mayo got what looked to me like a few handy ones yesterday yet we had to work really hard to get ours.
Is there a coaching issue here?

Is there a coaching issue here? Same v Dublin a few weeks ago and both times it was in the second half that we couldn't buy one. For the record Mayo scored from 8 frees to our 4.

All Mayos missed placed balls were by Rob Hennelly. They bailed every other one including Freeman's one when he sent th keeper back.

Small point ,Sean and Mike are very good ,could someone tell Weeshie that he should ask the questions and wait for the panel to answer ,nobody wants to hear Weeshies version ,my God does he ever shut up,I wonder what are the stats like for the programme ? Weeshie talking for 99.98% would be my guess

TT has certainly got a lot more interesting of late. I loved Mike Quirke's comment last night about the glass box at the County League games!

I'd say 99.98% might be conservative Watchdog!

The Off the Ball boys, past and present, are masters of the long , long, long, question and they can fair talk and waffle and give their own opinion. All the while they were hailed by some as the best thing since sliced pan. I was listening to the 2nd captains interview with Darragh about Paul Galvin's retirement and the opening question was so long that by the time Darragh got to answer it, I had forgotten what the question was.

Thank you!!!!! But Ger Gilroy is by far the worst for it. I've forgotten what his question is by the time he finishes asking it! lol

Terrace Talk = Pub Talk if you ask me. The way Weeshie rattles on sometime you would get more sense in Jacksies up at the top of high street than listening on the radio.

TT has certainly got a lot more interesting of late. I loved Mike Quirke's comment last night about the glass box at the County League games! What did he say on this? happened to be listening to that chat yesterday evening, was amused by that comment by Micheál as well! Weeshie was saying he had got a lot of feedback from listeners who weren't happy that the manager was watching the game from behind a glass window at the back of the stand, instead of patrolling the sideline. Although Micheál and Sean both thought it might be better for Eamonn to be on the sideline for the 2nd half at least, Micheál reckoned that there are always going to be complaints about things like this when we are losing games. "When you lose 3 games in a row, all these thing are wrong. When you lose 3 games, it's because Fitzy is in a glass box. If Kerry won their first 3 games, you'd have managers in the county league in Kerry trying to find a glass box to go in to". Interesting chat. Conversation about the 'glass box' starts at 31 mins 50 seconds ... media.radiokerry.ie/mediamanager/embed/player/podcasts/10/item/19345
