Possibly Fr Tom Looney in Dingle seeing as he wrote a book about Dick Fitzgerald. He could at least point you in the right direction I'd say.

Aherne, Con Brosnan, Bob Stack, Dennis “Rory” O’Connell, John Joe Sheehy, John Joe “Purty” Landers, Tom Mahony, Jimmy Bailey, Ned “Pedlar” Sweeney can anyone help If you're interested in Kerry's early All-Irelands, then you may be interested in a book called 'Years of Glory'. It was brought out in 1977 and Polymath in Tralee have some copies. It was compiled by John Barry and Eamon Horan (who happliy recovered from the attack on him). I'm not sure if it was re-printed or they found some copies, but it's only €10. It has 3 or 4 pages on each victory, in some cases they list the clubs to which players belonged. I can fill some of these in based on the 1914 winners 1915 team : Dick Fitzgerald (Captain), Paddy Healy, Con Murphy, Denis Doyle, all Killarney Danny Mullins, Maurice McCarthy, Jack Lawlor, Con Clifford, Jack Rice, Tom Rice, Tom Costello, all Tralee Mitchels, M. Donovan, Jimmy O’Connell, Humphrey Murphy, E. Kiely don't know. I think 1924 was before Tralee Mitchels split, but where I can I've filled in which club they went to post-split 1924 team : Phil “The Master” O’Sullivan (Captain) (Tousist- their pitch is named after him), Jack Sheehy goal (don't know), Eugene Moriarty (don't know), Paul Russell (Crokes), Toss Kelleher (don't know), P. McKenna (don't know), John Bailey, Jimmy Bailey (these men were brothers and are credited as 'Ballymac and Rock Street' - does anyone have background on this - Stacks list them in their roll of honour), Con Brosnan (Moyvane), John Joe Sheehy (John Mitchels), Joe Barrett, Jerry “Pluggy” Moriarty, Bill “Lang” Landers, Jackie Ryan, (All Stacks) D O’Donoghue (don't know). Others in various other years listed Jack Walsh was from Asdee, I note it is listed as Craughdarrig on the 1926 entry in Years of Glory. Bob Stack is listed as Doon, this must be a forerunner of today's Beale. The two aforementioned won 6 All-Irelands each from 1924 to 1932, along with Paul Russell, Con Brosnan, Jackie Ryan & Joe Barrett. Denis 'Rory' O'Connell is Austin Stacks. Stacks used to play in the field where St. Brendan's Church stands, it was known as Rory's after this man. Ned “Pedlar” Sweeney and JJ Landers were also Stacks men. Tim 'Roundy' Landers was the 3rd brother. Tom O'Mahony - Moyvane Johnny Riordan - Boherbee Joe O'Sullivan - Dingle Pat Clifford - Ballymac Maybe someone else can fill in other gaps? Some clubs such as Stacks and Legion have well kept Rolls of Honour on their website. Stacks are way out in front with medallists - 88 medals have been won by Stacks men. Kerry's most prolific spells have coincided with good spells for Stacks.

Con 'Hundred battles' murphy was from Fossa and Paddy Healy (grandfather of current Spa midfielder Kevin) was from Headford. Both played with Dr. Crokes for most of their career. I imagine Dinso Hurley was Crokes - I am just speculating but he is pictured among the organising committee for the building committee of the Fitzgerald Stadium and a lot of Hurleys have played for Crokes down through the years. Be cautious, though - Bob Stack is in the same photograph.
Humphrey Murphy was from Farranfore, an IRA leader and a founder of the East Kerry Board. He played most of his football with Crokes. Kerry refused to play the 1923 All Ireland Final until he, Austin Stack, and Moss Galvin were released from internment. It's worth noting in the context of the modern rivalry that opponents Dublin fully supported Kerry's stance, as did Tralee Rugby Club (it is very difficult to find a full team photo of the rugby club at that time, I would strongly suspect that there were a few gaeilgoirs that didn't want to be in any published photograph!)
Five Bailey brothers won a county championship with their native Ballymac before John and Jimmy moved to Tralee and won more with Trale Mitchels. Din Joe was the most famous of the brothers and Kerry County Chairman - one of the great architects of Kerry IMHO (IMHO - that's me being trendy). I am hoping at some stage this year to do a decent tribute piece sometime this year about the forgotten greats that worked behind the playing fields.
Tom Ryle, Pat McKenna, Greg Ashe, Donncha O'Donoghue, and Martin Carroll were Tralee Mitchels. Jack Sheehy and Jerry Begley were Dingle.
Most of my info comes from Pat O'Shea (Tralee) 'Face the Ball - Records of the Kerry County Championships' and Pat O'Shea (Killorglin) 'Trailblazers - A History of Laune Rangers'
Note that at the time the county champions still had a massive say in the county panel and that a lot of the top players tended to gravitate to the strong clubs, i.e. Crokes and Mitchels. South Kerry have always felt that they have been treated a little unfairly in county selections in the past - I believe that they are absolutely right

For those interested, I found this site which has lots of info re early County championships: history.launerangers.ie/I think a lot of the info comes from 'Face The Ball' which was a history by a man called Pat O'Shea, it came out in the 90s. I recently became interested in the very early years of Kerry football. Obviously, the 1910-1924 era was turbulent off the pitch, and how football was intertwined with this has been well documented. The objections that went on in this time must have been frustrating for players and supporters. Kerry may well have 2 more All-Irelands had it not been for disputes. In 1910 Kerry had a dispute with the Railway company and refused to travel, Louth accepted a walkover and claimed the title. In 1925, Kerry beat Cavan in the AI SF, but Cavan claimed Phil O'Sullivan was illegal. Kerry counter-objected and both teams were disqualified. The GAA ordered the AI semi to be replayed, Kerry refused, and Galway went on to win the All-Ireland.
