Anyone have their attendance recorded already, it used to record it fairly straight away in Croke Park but nothing yet! Mine is showing as 0/1 and not too confident it will be updated with the way the season tickets have started this year Same as that, Only the suits in Croke Park would replace something that works with something that doesn't and say it's better!

I emailed them now regarding the attendance issue stating 0/1 even though I was at the game. I will give an update if they come back to me!!

I went a step further - this is what I sent our friends in seasonticket@gaa.ie
1. Ticket Scanners Broke & Tickets Not Scanned The ticket scanners were broken on the Cusack Stand side of the ground and our tickets were not scanned. Consequently our attendance at the game was not recorded. Can our attendance be updated please?
2. Health & Safety Concerns Entering The Ground The lack of gates that were actually open on the Cusack Stand side of Croke Park was a serious issue and led to anti-social behaviour in terns of bad-language & pushing & shoving. I stared queuing 18:55 and didn’t get into the ground until 19:25. As I had small kids with me I had no interest in engaging in the push and shove activity that intensified and became more aggressive around throw-in!
Personally I though there was a serious lack of gates open on the Cusack Stand side of the ground and a serious lack of stewards outside the ground to manage the crowd that continued to build and get more aggressive as throw-in approached. The lack of steward numbers was compounded by the lack of information provided by the Stewards. They were all wired up but shrugged or smiled when asked questions particularly around if the game was going to be delayed.
I have being bringing kids to games for a number of years and this was the very first occasion I felt nervous, genuinely nervous, outside a ground. The bad language, frayed tempers and general frustration bordering on anti-social behaviour that my kids experienced outside the ground if not something I would like them to experience again; at a GAA game or any other event!
3. Scheduling Of The Matches The GAA made a serious mistake in the order the played the club finals on last Saturday that significantly contributed to the ‘mini-crush’ prior to the start of the NFL game. As a father of small kids it was never an option for us to be in Croke Park from 15:00 to 21:00; This is just too long for small kids. 6 hours is too much. We were also informed that we couldn’t leave the ground once we entered (this is fair enough & I have no issue with it) but it ruled out going in for the Na Gaeil game!
A decision should have been made to switch the Junior game to 17:15 and have the Intermediate game first at 15:15. Most of the Kerry crowd would have gone in for the game or at least the second half of the Junior game to support Na Gaeil and the build-up before the NFL game would never of happened. The Kerry fans would hav, by in large, been in the ground so the build-up would have been far less. Such a switch should be made in future!
Hopefully there is some food for though there for the management of future events in Croke Park. Its a great venue, the kids & I love going and will continue to go in the future but decisions on the number of open gates, stewarding and match scheduling was not at the level it should have been.
===========
No response back yet!.....

My attendance also updated now at last, most functions still unavailable to me though keeps saying "We are improving and updating the GAA Season Ticket portal right now. All your favourite functions will be available again soon." which is frustrating as I wish to set up a seating group but can't.

My season ticket was confirmed as renewed on 9th January but hasn’t arrived yet. I got over Croke park last Saturday as it was a scan of an e- ticket on my phone. I’m a bit concerned now as to how I will fare on Saturday evening in Tralee.

I’m a bit concerned now as to how I will fare on Saturday evening in Tralee. I'd get on to Croke Park and ask why they haven't issued your card(s) by now, if they confirm that you won't have it by Saturday I'd contact Austin Stack Park and ask if they will manually input your barcode number into the scanner Saturday evening. Your barcode number can be found on the online portal.

Tralee isn’t too bad but I hope it’s sorted by next Sunday, Omagh is a long way from home.

Had no communication whatsoever. I presume its a case of scan the card at the gate. First come first served.
Am I correct.

All of ours have updated but I have heard of a lot of issues with tickets that were scanned at the turnstiles at the back of the stand.

I emailed them but didn't receive a reply, so I rang them, got talking to a really helpful guy, said they're blown away by the number of emails received from people whose accounts have not been updated. Could be Monday before all accounts are updated!! In fairness he'd mine sorted inside an hour. This new system will drive them nuts.

Yeah ,we scanned 3 at the back of the stand and as of this evening it's not updated. So I've dropped them an email looking for them to clarify.

I ticked for the free ticket for Dublin v Donegal earlier in the week and have yet to get them sent. I was wondering if anyone else did it and if they have received them.
