I previously had a season ticket a gew years ago and I didn't renew. However, I want to get the 2020 ticket but I can't order off my old account or get a new account ticket. Anyone know when the tickets are on sale to the general public?

Anyone know when the tickets are on sale to the general public? As far as I know it’s renewals until Dec 1st and then general sale for the counties that still have availability.

That's incorrect. I have renewed my season ticket for 2020 but several of my friends have already bought season tickets for next season for the first time so they must be on general sale already. From the ones I know buying season tickets for the first time, it seems there will be a far higher uptake of season tickets in 2020 so I'd get in as early as you can.

Worrying sub-note on the Season Ticket page "Please note that as per Point No. 59 in the GAA Season Ticket Terms & Conditions, the significantly increased ticket demand for the All Ireland Finals means that the seats allocated to qualifying Season Ticket holders for the finals will not be located in the same section as seats allocated for prior championship games at Croke Park."www.gaa.ie/tickets/gaa-season-ticket/

This is not new. The seats for the final are not as good as those for the previous games. First world problems.

Just ordered my season ticket last week. When roughly will the card arrive do ye know and when does the online portal come back on? I think the orders before 1st December were to be sent out before Christmas. So if you ordered it now I imagine you'll get it before the 1st game v Dublin (only positive is the first game (v Dublin in Croker) will be an all ticket affair (print ticket online) so it gives you the extra week (just in case). I ordered mine in late November and got it in the post on Friday. I bought herself one (that she doesn't know about) and paid the local membership for the draw also. 2020 ready. This is also the last year of that Super 8 scam, thank God.

We have checked this with Technical Support and I regret to advise that the Seating Group function will not yet be live in time for Kerry v Dublin.
Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.
Le meas, Conor
GAA TICKET OFFICE
I have been emailing the season ticket office to find out about seating groups and this is the response I have got.

Did anyone not got email of tickets today for Saturday nights game. I got no email today .... I'm in the same boat. I have the email (received 21 Jan) saying I am getting tickets by Wednesday afternoon. So far no luck. If I don't receive them by tomorrow noon I'll email them. How is the new website so much worse than the old one?

Same here, never heard one single complaint with the old website, yet they see fit to mess with it. I've emailed them already. Haven't received a response yet.

If you haven't received an email from the season ticket office in Croke Park a useful way is to log into my tickets.ie using the same email and password as your season tickets account.Youll be able to see what tickets you've been assigned.

Brilliant. www.tickets, my tickets, sign in and the select "Print at Home". I printed off my 4 tickets. Not trusting phone technology in Croke Park.
